This place is horrible but I been going here for a while trying to give them chances cause now days it's hard to trust places cause of COVID but every time I come it's something the appointment will be for one thing but get there and all they will end up doing it cleaning because either the doc they have doesn't do this or that I'm just sick of it . I honestly do mean everytime. It's always a excuses for some this place just needs to completely close !!

Dr Quadr and the staff here at Archstone Dental were awesome. I’ve been looking for a dentist I could feel comfortable with in Fort Worth for a while now, and I have finally found that dentist. They are so competent and very nice and friendly! East to find as at Hulen mall

I'm not a person to comment anywhere. But for the service and the lack of professionalism makes me say and leave this comment for you. I went to a routine check-up about every
6 months. When I came in, they told me that I had 2 cavities in my teeth. They never showed me the cavities and they didn't let me see them on the x-rays. Then my pain begins. It turns out that I come back to remove the 2 cavities. In one of them they make me a filling. And from there is the lack of professionalism of this place. As it is possible that I will return after 2 weeks. I call to make an appointment and the
person who attends me will never make my appointment. I show myself and I didn't appear on the list. They took care of me because I have a lot of sensitivity and a lot of pain. They lowered the filling more but it doesn' even go away so the pain continue . I come back to the week to affil with the pain and the only thing they tell me is that they are going to make the filling again. I have an infinite pain that I don't sleep, I don't eat well and they don't make this urgent and they're going to make me wait another week. That's not professional and human. The worst dental clinic of my life. If you want to have problems and pain, this is the right place. If you can really go somewhere else for your well-being, go somewhere else. Thank you for reading this comment and I really tell you to be very careful with this dental clinic.

If I could it would be NO star's!! The set the appointment 6 months ago for 12:30 to accommodate my busy work schedule. Then last week informed me that it needs to be rescheduled due to not having a dentist available. I tried to call several times but only go to automated service - no one ever answered or call me back. Then I received a text message that I was rescheduled for 11/12/22 same day but at 9:30 AM, okay. I arrive at the Mall location at 9:03 for the appointment; but can't get into the Mall location which doesn't open until after 9:15-9:30 door's open to public for elderly one's that walk for health. I get to the location only to wait until 9:55 with No one ever opened up the location. When I left the Mall it was still closed!!! Very unprofessional ☹️🤔

Such a great experience from beginning to end! I would recommend this office and will be looking forward to coming back in six months. There was some confusion with my insurance on arrival and Gabby at the front desk took the time to verify that I would be covered over the phone with my insurance provider. Any other office would have just sent me on my way to find another dentist. I’m also pretty sure everyone in the office worked into their office lunch break to finish my appointment. Dr. Pak was very thorough and had great bedside manner. Convenient location too! Don’t fret and make yourself the appointment.

Very good experience for my initial visit. Dentist and hygienist were both very nice and accommodating.

I have been taking my daughter to this place since she was 9 months old, they have never been an expert on children, but at least they were kind and careful. In her last control, now almost 3 years old, I can say that it was the worst experience we have ever had. For almost a year every time I go I have to change providers because the same professional is never there, it's just a call, but in the end I never have continuity with who sees my daughter. I wish it was just that, all the staff change every time I go and they are more and more rude. They even made my daughter's gums bleed, they are not professional at all, they do not treat children kindly. They are not animals!!! If someone approaches you to touch you, you will surely react with rejection, but if that same person explains to you and speaks kindly to you, surely your reaction will not be the same. It's the same with children! they are not animals! you are not examining a dog!! THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR CHILDREN!

The front-desk lady, Key, who handles reception and insurance matters, is excellent. She has worked in this industry for nine years. The dentist, Dr. Florist, is professional and willing to explain my dental health questions. So all is well, but… the clinic admits too many patients that exceed its staffing (doctor, specialist) capacity. My teeth clean was done in a hurry and unprofessionally. I would say it was the worst teeth clean I ever received. Also, during my teeth cleaning, the dentist and the hygienist were pulled away to handle another patient. I was sitting in my chair for twenty minutes. I finally went out to look for them to complete my teeth cleaning. The hygienist explained that they lack doctors and specialists, and they have to take a musical chair to treat patients in turns.

I've never liked going to the dentist because it seems like it's always the same thing; long wait times, impatient staff, and never having anyone explain my options. I called many places and even from just a phone call I knew this was my best option. I went in kind of nervous and right off the bat the front desk woman, Trace, could tell I was having anxiety and talked to me in a manner that eased my fears. I had a lot of questions and Trace was more than happy to not only answer them, but explain my options for payment for my appointment. She kept checking in on me when I was doing paperwork and during my brief wait. She even told the dentist, Dr. Flores, that I was nervous and he did everything he could to make me comfortable. They explained my options for the Dental work I needed in a way that made me feel like I was in charge of my Dental care. After my appointment, Trace made sure to check in with me again to ensure I was feeling at ease about my appointment and future appointments I will need. She told me to call back if I had any questions or needed anything else. Usually the office people barely acknowledge you but she made me feel like the whole place cared about my needs. I scheduled my children both for appointments here because I knew they would go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable too. I can't recommend this place enough, especially for anyone who has fears about going to the dentist. Give them a try and I guarantee this will be your permanent dentist for your whole family!
