Staff very friendly courteous. Technicians knowledgeable friendly helpful to both doctor and patient.The doctor is very thorough in her exam and cleanings. And does her best to go over her treatment plan to where you can understand it easily. Ive been a patient now for 3yrs and they have had to do a bunch of different services on me. And this office has made it to where I'm not gripping the chair handles as much in the dentist chair. I'm definitely a lot more at ease. Thank you...

Though they don't have the latest technology, I have enjoyed my experience. I've gotten implants, crowns, cleanings, and fillings here. Everyone I have met with here has been kind and professional. Dr. Dana Tievsky is incredibly talented and caring. Robert is awesome. The receptionists I have encountered have been nice too. The hygienist, Wendy, did a great job. I did have an instance where one of the dentists didn't do one of my crowns correctly but Dr. Tievsky was able to fix it and at no cost to me. All around, they have done a great job taking care of me so I am grateful!

I have been going here for almost 10 years and I have never had an issue with anyone here until now. Trace is very disrespectful every time I speak to her. Offered to cancel my appointment after I let her know I really needed it. Said I shouldn’t have canceled my last appointment, when I got called into work and I couldn’t do anything about it. I only asked if there was any was I could get my cleaning that my insurance NEEDS done. I asked if I could receive my cleaning, fillings, and put my permanent porcelain tooth in the same appointment. I have had all of these things done in one appointment before. I have a very busy schedule and work on all Monday- Saturday, I had been waiting on this appointment for a very long time and would like to get everything done. No complaints about anything else other than Trace. Everyone else is 5 star. Here I am at my appointment today, and yet again Trace was the most disrespectful person I have ever spoken to. Last time I checked, I’m the patient and she should be respectful wether or not I am because it’s her job. Don’t be a receptionist if you can’t even talk to people with respect.

The staff and dentist were nice enough. Treatment plans are outrageous in cost for approx 8 months of treatment on only the upper to close a small gap, it was $4600. I had full braces as sis my children and two years of treatment was half the price. Craziness
