Always on time. Pleasant and friendly. Professional. Office super clean and fresh smelling. Nitro offered each visit without extra charge. New hygienist, Margaret, caring, friendly and just nice. I made sure she will do my next cleaning!

Just had to get a root canal done. Doctor Mario was great! He made sure my pain was minimal and checked with me throughout the process to ensure it. I was a new patient and was able to get seen and get my procedure done the SAME DAY!! Great office! My new dentist ! Couldn't be happier!

Had a great experience. My dental hygienist was wonderful and gentle as I have a fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Regina was friendly as always and so was the office staff. I highly recommend Fort Worth Smile Studio.

Everyone at Smile Studio was very nice. The facility is nice. My issue is that I called from an add on my Facebook page to make the appointment I told the lady on the phone the my tooth broke in half and that I needed it pulled. She says no problem we can do that, but she failed to tell me that I needed to get approved with one of their credit companies because if she had I would have told her my situation. So I go to the appointment get there at 12:15pm, my appointment was at 1:00pm I filled out the needed paperwork signed all the forms, they call me back at 1:35pm. The tech takes my x-rays, I signed another document, then Debbie comes to tell me that they have to see if I get approved and I responded with I have bad credit she does a quick application to tell me what I already knew. I was declined and asked if I could get a co-signer and of course I said, NO and I got out of the chair to leave and at this it's 2:49ish. The point to my rant is that all of that could have been avoided if only the person that took my appointment would have asked me about credit when I was making the appointment. You can't make payments unless you qualify for one of their creditor's and I have dental insurance. So it was a day wasted for nothing!

Came in for a cleaning today. I was greeted when I walked thru the door. I waited for about 2 minutes and the called me back for the cleaning. The hygienist was great, through, and gentle. No issues found and my teeth got polished. In and out in less than 50 min. Excellent service!

The staff is wonderful I have not been to a dentist is many many years and was very nervous the first time. The staff and Dr are wonderful and always listen to what I have to say. Have referred ALL of my family here and we enjoy coming back for our treatments and regular cleaning.
