Absolutely amazed by the service here!!! Joyce was my hygienist and she did an excellent job with my deep cleaning and explained everything in great depth! The dentist and the assistants are also wonderful and did a superb job on my fillings. I came here for a routine cleaning and Jefferson Dental’s technology and staff experience are unmatched. They were able to discover and view problems with my teeth that my old dental clinic would not even address. Thankful that I am on my path to better oral health/hygiene! Thank you so much to everyone here!!!

So I call to schedule me an appointment. As I’m on the phone the lady told me that if has been 6 months since my last visit I will have do another X Ray Exam. I told her I wasn’t sure how long it has been and asked if she could check. She checked and said it hasn’t been since 6 months I wouldn’t need another exam. So I go to my appointment this morning and the woman at the front desk ask for my information (insurance etc). After entering in the computer, she then said “sir since it’s been 6 months since your last visit, we have to do another exam. She lied to me. I then said “excuse me it hasn’t been 6 months it’s only been 5 months”. She looked back at the computer, added up the number of months in her head, then turned to her manager and said “he’s right it’s only been 5 months so what I suppose to do?” I’m standing thinking like, what do you usually do but I didn’t say anything. Her manager then turned to me and said “well you still have to get the exam”. I then asked her “well what is the point of saying “if it has been 6 months I would need another exam”. Now she’s a little irritated because she doesn’t have an answer. So she responds with an attitude “well technically you suppose to get an exam after 30 days. I believe that’s a lie as well, not to mention totally unprofessional. I then said “never mind I will just find another Dentist”. There is no need to pay for exam every time you go the Dentist unless it has been a while, like maybe 6 months or more. Otherwise they still have your results from the last exam in the computer but will still charge you again for another exam just to make money because it’s easy money. Just be careful folks because it’s a lot of people out here trying to screw over anyone they can just for that almighty dollar.

I adore the staff at Jefferson dental. I am very high anxiety and they do everything to make me feel at ease. It is easy to get an appointment and if there is an issue they work hard to correct it. I try to work directly with the office as I have had some issues with their call center. It only takes a few extra minutes to drive there to be sure everything is done correctly.

Joyce the hygienist was so professional and nice. She explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable. Also the dentist there was awesome! He made sure your needs were met and he gave me my options. He is my dentist now for sure!!

I would have given a no stars. This place is a fraud. They said everyone in the dental chair that day had a gum disease that needed a special treatment. I left went to another highly recommended dentist and was told my teeth and gums were good only needed a wisdom tooth extracted. They over bill when they come and give you the treatment plan cost after verification of your insurance but then come months later saying you owe money you truly don’t owe. You have been warned they are a fraud.

Very slow and diagnose unnecessary procedures for the sake of payment. My appointment was at 2pm I made it there at 1:40 didn’t go back till 3 and did not leave until 5 because I got up and left on my own. I’d previously called my insurance to see coverage and thankful I did because the fees they presented were very different.

What a wonderful group of people! I’m new to the area so I had no dentist. I had a toothache and was only getting answering machines. Jefferson Dental was so kind. They saw me that same day and were very kind and very patient. I will definitely go back for any other dental work I need!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Jefferson Dental. I came from Brookhaven Dental in Burleson and Dr. Greene sent me out the door with an abscessed tooth and horrible infection. Was not pleased to say the least. I walked into Jefferson Dental office and everyone was so professional and kind. KIND! Front desk, Dental assistant, and the Dentist herself. Wonderful bedside manner. She gave me so many different options it was awesome! I left with an antibiotic and a mild analgesic. Non narcotic. 5 stars to Jefferson clinic. I was impressed. 🙂👍

Unnecessary charges, doesn’t answer phone calls, and unorganized. I went in for a normal cleaning and was there longer than needed because they didn’t have any dental hygienist available. They even tried to make me come back later in the day but I refused because I had an appointment for a reason. The dentist ended up doing my cleaning. I had already vowed to never return because I can see how they do business at this point. Then I get a bill because they added unnecessary charges and saying that my insurance didn’t cover it. But it should’ve only been a normal routine cleaning that my insurance covers 100 %. They are clearly money hungry. And submitted a claim that included additional services just to get more money. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.
