I have a dental phobia and the entire team at Carrier Dentistry was literally a blessing. Tran and the other lady up front (didn't catch her name) helped me with my insurance and worked me in as a new patient walk-in very quickly. Brittany was my hygienist and I can't thank her enough for her compassionate care. She was empathetic and so kind. Dr. To is also a genuinely kind human being. She takes her time during the evaluation and explains things without judgment or being condecending. I never felt rushed or like my anxiety was an inconvenience to them. Start to finish, I couldn't be happier. Super convenient location too. Definitely revommend!

Went there today and it was so clean and the staff was so friendly. I get anxious and theyd check on me on and off, got me a blanket. They even texted me about a earlier appointment and what my insurance would cover! I'd definitely recommend.
