I just switched dentist and I can’t say enough just how happy I am with my decision. Nicole at the front desk is so nice and helpful, Yaya the tech was super knowledgeable of all the questions I was asking and made me feel super comfortable, and Dr. C is amazing. She took the time and explained what I needed, she was also super patient even when I kept asking questions. Then Jocelyn followed up with all the insurance part. Went over with me all the costs & what insurance covered. Was so thorough & knowledgeable of all my questions. I left my dental appointment feeling so great knowing exactly what all I needed. The service provided was way above a 5 star rating they truly deserve a 10!!!! Now the office is so clean and kept up….. the wait time for me to be seen once I checked in was next to nothing, which was awesome!!! They are so organized. The atmosphere was pleasant and nothing but good vibes. Love love love this dentist!!!!!

Worst dentist experience I’ve had. I stated I didn’t want the fluoride added when receiving a cleaning and they did it anyway. Wasn’t able to dispute the charge, fine. Charged $50 for a cancellation fee for an appointment I cancelled well within 24hrs, that they have “no record” of. And they don’t make exceptions for cancellations if you’re sick. Terrible customer service.

Came in for a second opinion about my teeth and I am happy that I did. My last dentist handed me an outrageous bill and limited payment options. They thought payment arrangements for 350 dollars out of each check would be plausible. I mean, come on! So I knew I had to reach out and find hopefully another option. So I went to Affordable. The doc was very very kind. She looked in my teeth and found almost the same things wrong from the other dentist. However, the other dentist slapped paradental disease on my care plan that required a ton a 400 dollar laser treatment charges. Thank god, the dentist at affordable looked at my gums and let me know they are healthy and didn't use that scare tactic on me to have me spend more money. And they found me an amazing financing plan that I can actually afford! So I don't have to choose between taking care of my family or my teeth. I have not got the work done yet, So I will update my review once the work is completed. I hope it goes well!

Will never go back first time there was told I needed a regular cleaning only not a deep cleaning the minute I tried to go back to have them sign a paper to release me for braces they said owe u need a deep cleaning and wanted to charge me for that…. Now I don’t trust the doctor or them because seems like they just want money. Than I ask where is the doctor who originally saw me he no longer there no I’m good on your service

I had an amazing visit. My hygienist was Nicole, and we had the best conversation while my cleaning was being done! She is amazing & is such an inspiration. Everyone on staff in that office is full of joy and ready to serve. I can’t wait to go back!
