I give the stars and management 10 stars. They are welcoming and treated their “Clients” as family. The orthodontist is an Angel. They treat you and your family special. Mainly their prices are great and they they are sanitary. I will not be taking my family for dental work to any other dentist. We’re life long members. Go check them out and I’m sure you’ll do the same. Your experience will be uncanny.

The whole experience is mediocre ,the x ray lady is very nice and good at her job.the dentist in the other hand is always in rush , doesn’t take time to pay attention to each individual .I told him my concerns and he didn’t do much or even tried to explain what the solution was . The boss is very attractive but kinda rude.I went to another dentist and got a way better service and price. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy .

I arrived to the front office for a cleanup appointment and the employees were very helpful. I was provided with everything I needed, all thanks to this one lady named Janette. She was kind and had no problem guiding me through the process. I enjoyed my visit! Will definitely come again:)

I had a tooth that cracked and broke off and was in severe pain. I called My Dentist Houston and setup the soonest appointment. They were courteous over the phone when scheduling me and even provided me with promotion information they had going on. Also I liked that they called the day before to confirm the appointment. The day of my appointment the receptionist/front desk were very professional and friendly. Also, they had a very clean business which I liked a lot . They took care of my dental emergency and were cost effective, in my opinion. I would recommend them to family and friends and will definitely be going back.

I was not pleased with my visit and will never ever return. I don’t appreciate how I had to pay $600 before I got anything done. If I knew the Dentist was going to be as rude as was I wouldn’t never paid a thing. I am very big on customer service and respect and he has neither he is very disrespectful, rude, and impatient and not the type of person I will ever choose to do any kind of business with. The money is not a problem with me but I refuse to ever go back and to let them do anything else to me , I appreciate the dental assistant she was very sweet and very concerned about me as a person.

My first visit today was a success. The staff are friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I walked out with braces and complete financing. Braces look and feel great. After first appointment is completed, have to wait hours past appointments time with each visit. Communication with front desk personnel is frustrating. Appointments cancelled without notice to patients.

Horrible service and total disregard about the patients time or need.. The manager/and ladies at the front desk will talk to you like you are an uneducated person when you challenge them about questions they are asking you.. they had total disregard of my time and were rude when explaining why they were only able to see us certain dates.. Please educate your staff on customer service!
