WORST EXPERIENCE! I had used my insurance to pay for a service that I didn’t want at the end and I never got my money returned even after calling insurance and going directly to the manager. They do not help at all. Feel sorry for the employees working there.

I had a 215 appointment. I was a brand new patient. I filled out the forms and as soon as the forms were complete I was ushered in for x-rays. I was then sent to an examination room, where I waited for two(2) hours. I had to leave at 5. I was told I would be called back shortly with the information since I had to leave. I never received a call back I waited a week.

RUN. I rate them 0/5 stars.I thought the practice had changed for the better. BUT They always have different orthodontist and is never the same ones. The orthodontist most of the time will not see you, it will be an assistant that will see you. Just to tighten your braces. They will always schedule you for a certain time and next thing you know they move it without telling you, or schedule and once you get there tell you they can’t do the procedure. (Happened to my niece). The cleaning the did on me before the braces took 3 minutes!!!. Charged me $150. There’s been times when my wire was placed wrong, the rubber bands came off and I had to fix them at home with tweezers. They always move appointments or change the date. There was this orthodontist doctor one time over stretched my cheeks and hurt my gums and he still said, “it’s your fault and while he was attending me he was talking about he had quit and wasn’t going to work there no more and it was just that weekend and he was not going to work for them anymore”.

For a 2 year old, the waiting time is ridiculous, if the appointment is set and still have to wait an hour with a 2 year old, with Covid still going on!!!!!? When she was seen the dentist was awesome and fast, just the waiting is too much. Other then that I love this dentist

The front customer service it horrible I went in the the girl with the face full of makeup was very rude and after I had the money cash for the procedure and my husband is getting his braces there and sister in law as well and niece they were not able to work with me. They are nice to you when they want you to get the credit to get the braces. I will never recommend no one.

Will not go back to this place and I do not recommend it. I went for a check up ONLY and ended up getting a tooth sealant and after 2 weeks I have pain.The customer service front desk are very rude they don't treat you as a customer, they treat you as if you are asking them to pay your invoice and they don't like to answer questions C.S showed me they don't want my money. The doctor was nice but did not do a good job for my tooth. I will not go back, I prefer to pay someone else. Update 01/03/2019 I ended going to a different dentist and was told I received bad work in my mouth and had to pay again. Please make sure you check and read reviews before taking your kids since OUR YOUNG ones cannot express their feelings/ pain.

I had an appointment with them a few weeks ago for 10 am. I get there a few minutes early, sign in, and take my seat. Normally, the wait is around 8-10 minutes before they call me to the back, but this day was ridiculous. After about 45 minutes, I asked the receptionist if she knew how long it would be before they called me and she preceded to tell me that it would be a minute and I also had 2 people ahead of me. I found that extremely unacceptable especially due to the fact that my appointment was at 10am, so I left.

Dr Aliakbar was very professional in performing my root canal treatment, he made sure I was not experiencing any discomfort through the procedure and now I am so pleased with my new crown. He has also treated my 5 year old with a sedation treatment and made him feel comfortable and not scared. I highly recommend Dr Aliakbar, for any dental treatment.

Today's visit was great. The staff was very nice, I only waited 5 minutes before I was call. They addressed me as Mrs and made me very comfortable.The best part of my exam was no cavities.
