If I can give zero stars I would customer service was very poorly did not have enough staffing. at this facility. my appointment was at 11 o'clock am did not get seen till 115 pm . ridiculous would never go back again would never recommend anyone there . Thank you 😠

I love bring my son here. The nurses are so nice, the doctor is patient with my son. My son being only 2 years old. I recommend this place anytime.

Dr. Sanjeeve and assistant Nancy Escobedo did a great job also the other girls Jennifer and Sara helped out as well. The girl in the front were Sweetie pies. I really recommend this place.

Horrible service. Very bad scheduling. Had an appointment for my son and when I went in I was told that the appointment was pushed back 2 months without any warning. Not the first time I have had issues with this place but it will be my last as I am not going back. It feels as if they go out of their way to lose customers.

HATE IT!! POOR COSTUMER SERVICE!! RUDE WITH PATIENTS!! NOT PROFESSIONALS!!..... If i could change Dentist i would, without a doubt... They'll give you an appointment at 10 and will see you at 3 literally.. I was told the appointment was just to reserve a spot to be seen by the Dentist (I wish i had known that before choosing them as my Dentist saddly they make you sign a contract.) , and when they finally take you back to a seat they take forever because they're all to busy talking about they're personal life in front of patients and they do a POOR job there's only one girl there that does her job right she always has to come back and fix my braces... THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS and the front desk they don't even greed you as you walk in you actually have to call there attention ones you're upther.. THEY'RE RUDE ALWAYS NOT SOMETIMES BUT ..ALWAYS.. with BIG ATTITUDE... And after 18 months they didn't do the job right i'm not happy with the results they only fixed some teeth not all and the excuse was that the dentist didn't know he had to and to fix them I have to pay again for a second treatment I'm i'm not going to do that 😭😭😭😭😭😭 i'm so sad I feel Robbed 😔😔😔😔

I love the dentist mike but I waited for 4 hours just for fillings for my little ones so I finally left after 4.5 hours. I know they could do better than that

The dentist saw me for like what 2 minutes . I needed a cleaning . I had questions . I scheduled my baby as well . They didn’t even see him . I’m grown . I’m 18 he decided to get my mom from lobby and tell her what I should do with my teeth . Like no tell me not my mom . Idk why he’d wanna talk to my mom . That’s weird I’m not comfortable with him I’m requesting a different dentist . He kept saying your teeth are bad you’re to pretty . That’s not even a compliment . I know my teeth are bad . You don’t need to repeat it just fix it like your job is . Talk to me not my mom . I’m a whole adult with my own child . They took 2 hours to see me .

Worst dentist office ever even the staff is horrible and just want money but they don't do a good job of cleaning at all! I had to reschedule my kids appointment for a Friday and they told me that they had called me which they NEVER did and then I call in morning to confirm my kids appointment and they said that they had rescheduled it which I never confirmed them changing the appointment. So I finally left them and won't be dealing with their BS again...
