What I don't like is their 4 visits instead of the regular 2 visits per year. Who wants to see the dentist every 3 months? Not me I guess. But overall, I
feel very comfortable during my visits.

I'm a new patient and this office is great!! The whole staff is super friendly! I was a little nervous at first, but my whole experience went smoothly and they made me feel comfortable. Easy to set up appointment, easy check-in. Waiting lobby is cozy and comfortable. I was very satisfied with my visit and I would recommend!

Extremely sweet staff! Fallan was so sweet and helpful! She took her time to make sure i had a great understanding about my dental plan & just so patient. Front desk ladies were welcoming as well! I really appreciate the professionalism this office staff gave me during my visit.

It was my first time coming here and the staff is amazing. I waited no time at all in the waiting room. They are sanitary and wipe everything down before they do any work or X-rays on you. I have finally found a great dentist 🤗

I had a complicated wisdom tooth extraction done at almost 37 years old. They were super friendly, nice, and helpful. Very professional and there for you to help calm your nerves. I’m very grateful. I had to be sedated because my tooth was growing in sideways and was under a nerve. So not a regular wisdom tooth extraction. Was a 45min procedure. But even with all that it was very smooth n fast with as little pain and discomfort possible. Slept quite a bit but already feeling myself again the next day with no pain or discomfort. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs! Especially tooth extractions. Especially wisdom tooth extractions!

I have never gone to a dentist where your first visit was just a consultation. My very first visit I got back quickly, xrays taken only to set for an hour before being told they wouldn’t do anything that day. Had to come back for “deep cleaning” which I really didn’t need. I had been seeing a dentist every 6 months prior to changing to this one. It was just a way to get more money. Then pandemic hit so I haven’t been back. I hesitated to even try them again, thought I would get another dentist after that experience, because I sat there for over 4 hours for my deep cleaning. That was just one side of my mouth too. Had to get additional shots in the jaw because I could still feel it and because I had sat there for so long. Cleaning specialist even said she didn’t understand why I needed deep cleaning. Well I thought let me give them another try. Only to be told, I would need xrays which is understandable, so first visit would be consult and I would most likely need a deep cleaning. I told her I only wanted a cleaning. She said that would be up to the dentist not me. Of which I said I didn’t have the time to take to come for a consult then come back to sit for 4 hours for one side of deep cleaning. I have had a dentist that I adored for 20 years and switched to another I had for several years. They would never do that to their patients to waste so much time to have them keep coming back for hours at a time. So I called my old dentist. Got an appointment for a cleaning, xrays, teeth check and dr consult all in the same visit. If I need a deep cleaning then I will schedule to go back for that once my insurance approves. Oh and for the rude front desk person, I called my insurance which said it is my right to request what service I want, and it wouldn’t jeopardize the dentist license. I mean what if I didn’t have the money and my insurance wouldn't pay for a deep cleaning, then what? You would not give me a cleaning at all? Seems like crooked business practice to me. You are trying to see if my insurance Is good to get all you can out of it. I should file a complaint but I won’t.

I first visited Summer Creek Dental this past fall for a regular cleaning exam that led to the discovery of a myriad of dental issues that I had accumulated over the years. Before I left my cleaning appointment, Summer Creek Dental had already created a personalized treatment plan (thank you Agnes!) to tackle everything that I needed to have done and to do so efficiently without being overwhelming. As an adult with relatively severe dental anxiety, Dr. Thibodeaux and her team (shoutout to the amazing RDAs, Julia and Nancy) were so incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. They consistently accommodated me during my treatments and were overall reassuring and encouraging. Reclaiming my dental health has been one of my goals for a few years now and I’m so happy to go into 2023 with this accomplished thanks to Summer Creek Dental. If you’re looking for a dentist I cannot stress how highly I recommend them!

I'm 60 and I've been to many dental offices over the years. Summer Creek Dental is, by far, my favorite. They do an excellent job and are kind and friendly while doing it. I've been seeing Dr. Thibodeaux and her team for the last six years. If you are needing a dentist, I would highly recommend them. They are excellent!!!

I really love the experience here. They are always so welcoming and very fast to see you. I use to dread visits to any dentist, but not anymore because of the great experience at Summer Creek Dental! I see Dr. Price and she is always very thorough and professional when it comes to recommended treatment. Also, the staff is wonderful. They are very welcoming and take the time to explain details of all they do during your visit. I would highly recommend anyone to them!
