We had an appointment on Monday and the experience here was absolutely incredible. When we arrived the front desk (Perla) was so helpful and knowledgeable about our treatment and insurance she explained in detail about prices and what to expect during my husband procedure, the assistant was so caring during the X-rays. I explained to her my husband gets anxiety at the dentist office. She also was amazing (Valerie). Before starting she explained what she was doing in order for him to calm down. This girls made our experience here so calming and amazing.I can truly say they love their jobs and care for the people that come to see them. Finally Dr. Kim was an experienced dentist, he listen and explain what my husband needed and gave us his recommendations where to start. He took the time to listen to our concerns. Best part it’s that they offer payment plans and prices are reasonable.

I never give reviews on anything because of either the treatment or the service . I had a tooth extracted. And it’s fair to say everything went well . I was very fearful of being in pain in the process , and afterwards due to my previous dentist . My previous extraction was so painful . The dentist at Irving dental was great . . Best dental office in Irving. They are so sweet and Dr Kim is very knowledgeable. Perla is the sweetest person and she helps you as soon as you arrive. The girls in the back make you feel comfortable during the treatment and they are caring! I can really say that I feel at home here!

I came in on the special they overbook and then say they cannot clean your teeth after paying for exam and cleaning. They take X-rays and then act completely unprofessional after wards during explanation.
