They seem to overbook. First appointment, they had us wait in our car in the parking lot. After waiting roughly 30 minutes they finally said we had to reschedule. Rescheduled appointment, again, we had to wait in the car and again had to wait at least 30 minutes before being told to go in. Now, third appointment, we have been waiting in the car for 1 1/2 hours total, so far. Appointment was at six, it is now seven and we have been here since 5:30. The whole time waiting several people have gone in and a few have left already. I would not recommend this dentist office! Awful, awful, awful!!! If we were to cancel, they will charge us for it. They make us wait and we have no recourse.

I've been going here for maybe a year? Or just under? And I absolutely love it. I have so much anxiety with going to the dentist and Dr. Bavishi is amazing. Everyone on her team is wonderful. Always happy and focused on patient care. They check in frequently to make sure I'm doing okay and not experiencing any pain. Every visit I'm a little less anxious about getting work done. To give you context, I avoided the dentist for about nine years. I only went because two friends said they had really good experiences and I don't regret it.

I had to get my daughter's tooth extracted and I was nervous about it. Our dentist, Dr. Rini Bavishi, was professional and empathetic and we got it done super quickly. The dental office was clean and well-kept. The staff were friendly and pleasure to deal with. I am really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Irving Family Dental to my friends and family. Dr. Rini Bavishi will also do the Invisalign treatment for my daughter.

They’re so awesome I’m a new patient just went in today and left feeling like a million bucks! The dentist he’s nice. But the office staff and nurses wow they’re incredible super friendly and professional I felt super welcomed and they took really good care of me the whole process was very smooth and very comfortable. Did not feel rushed at all. The teeth whitening was amazing, I did the zoom whitening and I went like four shades lighter in one day. Exactly what I came in for. They don’t lowball you at all I definitely recommend this office to anyone who’s new and needs a primary dental office I will definitely come back and use them for my teeth cleaning!

An excellent dental office. Front desk staff, dentist and assistants go above and beyond from the moment you walk in. I have been visiting this office for some dental work to include a root canal and the experience has been outstanding. The root canal was easy and painless. The dentist was very good about explaining what he was doing as he conducted the procedure and ensuring that I was comfortable and pain free. The assistant constantly checked in as well ensuring the upmost comfort. Overall this has been the most pleasant and caring office I have visited. It took me a few years to find the right dentist but I finally found the one for me. They are all super accommodating and provide an excellent customer experience each time. It’s clean and they follow safety guidelines. All of the doctors and staff have been very considerate and it’s always appreciated when they check if I’m comfortable.
