Warning: Very dishonest and deceptive people, firstly they ask for all your personal information including all of your credit card information and social security number. I went to have one specific problem fixed, they made me do unwanted and unnecessary xrays, then the sales lady came to me with a quote of $9,375 for “ fixing” things I did not need. After almost 2 hours, I had to insist to only have a crown on a tooth that already had a root canal. They were trying to overcharge me $1,300 and then offered me an annual membership that I had no interest in. I asked the sales lady how many people are you trying to upcharge every day, and she responded to me with “As long as I get one sale like this, I am happy.” So I decided not to have work done and still payed the fee for the consultation. I left with disappointed feeling that they were trying to take advantage of people, especially with the name “irving family dental”. I went to sonrisa dental instead, and was very satisfied with them. Honest and diligent.

Definitely recommend this place. All the staff is very nice and professional. Dr. Bavishi She is an amazing dentist. she is very caring and compassionate. The office was able to get my my kids and I in at the same time. The visit was very laid back and they were fast and efficient. Dr. Bavishi explained everything very thorough and explained my treatment options as well as the rationales. She thinks long-term for her treatment goals. She is amazing I would definitely recommend her. I am so happy to have finally found a dentist I am comfortable seeing.

Absolutely professional. Very friendly staff. Well informed. Very good at explaining procedures and treatment plans. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This was my first visit for my junior high school granddaughter and I did my homework and looked at the previous reviews and ratings on google search prior to making an appointment. All the reviews were astonishing and I was very pleased to read others experiences! I will definitely be returning as well as referring others to the Irving Texas location!! The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and just made sure my granddaughter was happy while being treated. The dentist was very patient and explained everything to me in a way that was understandable. I reviewed other children dentistry in the area but hands down, this was the best choice!!!

If your looking for a dental office that cares then you should definitely be setting an appointment here. The front office staff were very welcoming and very helpful. I was going for a few fill-ins and a cleaning. Well my daughter wasn't having it. So the ladies in the front offices tried to help sooth her but she wanted her mommy. I was really appreciative of how they went over and beyond to do what was necessary for the procedure. The Dr. was very understanding and patient with everything. And the procedure was amazing. I felt no pain and no discomfort while getting the fill-ins. And im not a huge fan of going to the dentist 🤪🤪. Overall everyone at Irving Family Dental treated me like family!! And I could have asked for anything more.

The staff isn’t friendly at all. The cleaning was subpar. The main downside to this office is that they only seem to be interested in selling you additional services. It’s not a place that I would recommend or return to in the future.

i was impressed by the whole staff. They really pay attention to detail. They even have a little pillow available to support ur neck. Im getting my new dentures soon. Cant wait

Irving Family Dental is great! The staff was super helpful from the moment I walked in, and my experience was quick and thorough! Dr. Amit Merchant did an amazing job on my teeth, I’ve been smiling ever since I left my appointment! Definitely will be bringing my family and friends here!

The dentist was OK The staff they are nice and Kind helpful if you need anything they'd be glad to go out their way to help you and the dentist Was friendly and kind as he was putting the needle in my mouth he was explaining what he was doing and if it hurt which it did not he said just raise my hand and he will give me some more Numbness medicine And most of all they have TV in every dentist room where he extract your teeth and make you feel much better It's a great place and I tell you you will enjoy yourself Beautiful people in a great Atmosphere
