I think it’s unprofessional for the receptionist to write the patient’s bank card information down on paper where is publicly exposed to others. That is not secure. Other than that, the hygienist did fine cleaning my teeth.

First of all I would like to say please look over what they bill u before u go. Bkus they will over charge like they did me. Jamie was rude she hung up on me bkus i had questions abt my bill that she didnt understand herself. Kimberly was very rude to me after being confronted abt me being over charged for services. Her language and use of words was very inappropriate to me. Please thk abt going here. They will get ur money then talk trash to u. Please be aware. She doesn't look like her picture online either. Do ur research. I have found a dentist office that can meet my concerns and answer all the questions I hv. They r the best. Thk u for ur time. And I'm sorry u took my questions as demands. Never did I demand anything. Sorry u felt that way.
