I have been coming to smiles of Irving for the past 8 years. I always come here for my annual cleaning. I also did my Invisalign here. They have great hygienists and a professional dentist. They are very gentle with cleaning. The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful. The entire team at smiles of Irving is professional, thorough, and considerate. It’s always a pleasure to stop in for any dental service and leave with a clean smile. I would highly recommend for anyone to get your teeth cleaned at Smiles of Irving!

Wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy.
It’s one thing for a business to make a mistake and own up to it (and fix it) - but to make a mistake and just say oh well. Terrible patient care and service.
I ended up having to pay $5000 out of pocket for my orthodontic work because THEIR employee refused to submit a claim with my insurance at the start of my service. She told me it’s a complicated process and to just wait until I finished my treatment (which should have been a red flag). I reached out multiple times during my treatment for more details on how the process works and was told nothing. By time the end of my treatment, they still took a significant amount of time to send me the paperwork I needed (which should have been a flag for me, because you should never have to submit an orthodontic claim yourself) - and it ended with my insurance saying I was outside the year mark of being able to submit the claim. The insurance said they could make an exception if the office called and explained it was their mistake, which of course they didn’t. So now stuck paying 100% of a cost that I really should have only had to pay 20%. Honestly hate I ever came to this place.

Doctor Luna and the entire staff at Smiles of Irving are extremely welcoming and friendly. The minute I arrived, which was 15 minutes early, I was escorted to a exam room and my procedure was painless, comfortable, and reasonably priced words not associated with dentist normally. Would recommend Smiles of Irving to everyone . Thank you!

I’m not really one to review... but my visit today with Dr. Harper and her associates went great! I’ve always hated going to the dentist, and quite honestly haven’t had the greatest experiences. However, everyone here was super friendly and explained everything to me throughout the whole visit. They were very gentle, and are truly an office that strives to preserve your teeth, and treat your dental needs at a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Dr. Harper and her staff were amazing! The office is so efficiently run and the staff very accommodating (even during our dreaded COVID pandemic.) Safety protocols were very appropriate and I felt safe. I felt very well educated and appreciate the time and care taken to explain. I feel I have more complex work needed and felt very comfortable with the experience when I had been a bit anxious about my consultation before going. Thank you all for your service! The staff is super nice. They made me feel so comfortable. They were able to fit in my treatment the same day of my exam. I loved Dr. Harper, she was very sweet and went over any concerns I had.
