I've been going to Dr. Harper for at least 5-7 years. The customer service is impeccable and the office is always super clean(which is mandatory for a dental office). My entire family loves her and the staff. Professional, clean, and kid friendly...Dr. Harper is one of the best in the metroplex!!

Well I first met Dr. Harper 16 yrs or maybe a little longer. It was an emergency like most of us that do not frequent the dentist. Dr. Harper and her staff are very professional and personable. I haven’t had another dentist so far, so I’m with Dr. Harper for life.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I would zero stars if it were possible. They are super disrespectful and the actual dentist doesn't care about you or your services. Harper is the absolute worst and should not be in this business that requires good customer service. She is definitely lacking.
My mother was scheduled back and forth, inconveniently, without any complaints. The office was not prepared and needed to schedule her on a Saturday, which is rare to begin with. They needed to reschedule her due to a mistake that was made on THEIR part, not my mothers!!! She showed up on May 4, 2019 and NO ONE WAS THERE! Fast forward to her appointment two weeks later, which was today, the receptionist kindly apologized to my mother. However, the so-called "Doctor" Harper couldn't acknowledge or give a simple apology!!! If anything, she implied that it was my mother's fault that the appointment was missed, even though she was only scheduled because of their own unpreparedness, and just kept repeating that she "didn't know what happened that day" when it was clear! If you forgot, just apologize to your customer and make things right!
We will never recommend this place to anyone and will NEVER spend another penny here. Harper needs a to get another profession and stay out of anything that requires any sort of customer service, because she FAILS at it!!! I will make sure no one I know wastes their time here.

I came in as a new patient and the service I received from Dr. Harper exceeded my expectations. She was very thorough and Roua, RDA was superb. The examination and letting me know step-by-step what was taking place was very informative. Roua went over my treatment plan and answered all my questions to my liking. I would highly recommend Dr. Harper’s office to anyone who may be seeking an office that really cares.

very long wait to be brought in to the office charged $15 for less than 1oz of mouth required before the visit (a bottle of the required mouthwash can be bought for $10) . Staff was very nice. Immediately I was asked to do many Xrays (15+) before my issue was even discussed. My tooth has been hurting for over a week and it seemed like they were more worried about Maxing out my insurance than helping with the pain. NOTHING was don't to help my tooth and was told I needed to visit a specialist to start the process the go back to them and 2 months and at least 3 visits from now my tooth would be fixed. So after my Visit I am in the same situation I was before the Visit looking for a Dentist that is actual interested in solving my issue not looking to add to their bottom line. This is why I don't like dentists!
