26 year patients . Dr. Siegrist and his staff over the years are family to us. Unlike any dentist his consistent , calm and honest care for each of the 6 persons in my family is a testimony for any person who reads this. We have reffered probably over 20 families over the years for dental care and they all say the same thing. In early years I would go and hold my first child on my lap while my teeth were cleaned and examined … now that child is 23 and loves everyone in the office like family too. 4 children & 26 years later we love going to the dentist 2 times a year - as it’s like spa day for our mouth. Any procedures we have needed ( far and few - which is a testimony to the fact he does not do more then is absolutely necessary has been with out fear, pain or question to his perfection in work). I have not one cavity over these years and with 4 kids 23- 15 years old have maybe 3 cavities total. I hope this assures anyone who reads it, but most of all reaches Dr. Siegrist and his staff as a reminder of how special our family thinks of them . God bless the whole crew !!

I trust Dr. Siegrist because he values preservation of the natural teeth before resorting to invasive procedures like root canals. Also, I highly recommend Michelle for teeth cleaning if you have sensitive teeth like I do because she is gentle, patient and kind. I have extremely sensitive teeth and have never met a dental hygenist who was able to make the procedure as tolerable and stress-free as Michelle can. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Siegrist is very personable and friendly. His staff will do anything they can to make sure you are informed about every process. The dental hygienist is very informative, detailed, and takes her time to make sure you receive the best care!! I would recommend this office to anyone in the immediate Irving area.

I found Dr. Siegrist by searching dentists online. Dr. Siegrist had raving fans and great reviews, so I scheduled my appointment. And I was not disappointed! The staff is friendly and knowledgable, the office is in a great location, the doctor was pleasant and efficient. They all did a great job. I definitely recommend Dr Siegrist and his team.

We are most happy with the office of Dr. Siegrist. We trust him and his judgment which is a rarity in a business that can make a lot of money exaggerating problems. He would never do anything that is not a necessary. He and his office personal act to the best of the patients’ interests. Even our 7 years old son felt calm in his hands. The office personal is friendly, nice and competent. Look no further!

Very friendly staff. appointment start ran a bit late, but I was a first time patient. Hygienist was very knowledgeable and provided several ideas on better maintenance practices. Dentist was friendly and focused. Didn't try to talk me into any unnecessary work. Glad to find a good practice and convenient location.

WOW is a pretty great word to describe William Square Dental. I have never been to a dentistry where I truly feel that each and every person is ON MY TEAM. From the receptionists, to the assistants, to the hygienists, to of course Dr. Siegrist, they have truly perfected customer service. Miss Michelle, one of the hygienists, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I kept apologizing for the state of my gums and teeth because I know that they are not the healthiest right now, and she made clear that she wasn't going to harp or dwell on where I was coming from, but how we were going to focus on moving forward in the right direction towards healthier and happier gums. I can't speak highly enough about this dentistry. If you're in question at all, or in the search for a dentistry that not only KNOWS what they're doing, but that is going to treat you with utmost respect and kindness, please give William Square Dental a try!

Such an accommodating and friendly office. Dr. Siegrist is experienced and highly skilled. I normally would have to go to a specialist for some of the treatments I'm receiving from him. He and his staff are so friendly that when I show up for appointments I feel like I'm visiting friends.
