I needed a new dentist since I am new to Kyle and lucky for me I found J&A dentistry. Dr. Collins and his staff of professionals were very helpful and informative. They were upfront and fair with their prices, and they even have Galaga and Mortal Combat in the lobby for the “kids”! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some grill maintenance!

I used an offer that came in the mail for exam, cleaning and xrays. I was treated with upmost kindness and attention. The staff were so wonderful. I get very nervous going to the dentist but will gladly go again. The pictures and xrays of my teeth were explained and that was awesome. If you need a dentist this is the best one to go to. Very happy I found them.

I went in for an opinion on a root canal problem. The dentist did not charge me for an evaluation, which was amazing. The office is clean and nice. All the staff were nice and seemed to be on top of things. All equipment looked new. I saw Dr. Jeffrey Colin. He was easy to talk to and very informative. He went over the scans with me in detail. In his opinion, it was bad news (another root canal would not work). He encouraged me to feel free to see an endodontist for a second opinion. I did that because endodontists are specialists and losing a tooth would be a pretty big deal. The endodontist agreed with Dr. Colin. The price that Dr. Colin quoted me for an implant was quite fair. I am not sure I will be doing it there, simply because I am moving soon and it is a process that takes 6 months. But I would trust him to do a good job if I wasn't moving.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease! Mr. Carson explains everything to you and isn’t there just to take your money. I would recommend J&A to everyone. A special shout out to Celestina for being patient with me and very caring!!

I had a very pleasant, friendly first time visit. The equipment is the latest, the office is bright and clean, and dentist and staff were skilled, knowledgeable, and took pains to make sure they had taken everything in my history into account and informed me of everything that was going on.

I had the same dentist since I was 19yrs old and now 20 years later he retired. I was very skeptical about going to anyone else, fortunately I found J&A. I have been very impressed with the professionalism and stellar care I have received.

Scary from the start! The only other patients in this place were both wheeled out in wheel chairs completely loopy/ out of it. If you're looking for some unnecessary drilling LOOK NO FURTHER. The Scam they pull is come in for a cleaning but never get a cleaning. Instead they just want to get x-rays and reschedule you for a "cleaning" + whatever minor/major things THEY see in the X-ray to do all at once. They want to clean out your wallet not your teeth.

The entire staff was very friendly. Every procedure was explained. The dentist detailed what needed to be done and why. The financial person went over the cost. I was afraid it would be exorbitant, but it was very reasonable. In addition, the dentist said they would monitor one tooth which had a slight issue, but did not take advantage of me by including it.

We felt like we were lied to from the very start. The work that was done was satisfactory, It was a ton of money. We paid almost $11,000.00 and then they wanted more. We felt that since we paid everything up front they thought we were a good source of an ATM. We depleted our savings for this work. We are both retired and on limited income and I believe we were taken advantage of because we are older people. I was called back in for a visit, but they wanted to talk about charging us more money. We felt trapped so we left. I will not return. I will not recommend this business. This report is for Dianne not Bob
