Dr. Colin has treated both myself and my wife. We were very pleased with his style, knowledge, and services. We found the offices (which are new) to be very clean with the latest equipment. The staff and dental hygienists at J&A are knowledgeable and quite good at what they do. Finally, I have to mention their pricing is very competitive. Highly recommended.

Very impressed. My first visit wasn't an appointment but an emergency. At lunch one of my crowns popped off. We are new to the area and my husband had made an appointment for a checkup and cleaning in 2 weeks to see if we'd like this practice since they accepted our dental insurance. So we just called to see if they'd take an emergency case and they said yes. By 4pm it was cemented back on. Further I received a full exam and they moved my husbands appointment up to this day to accommodate us both! There is simply nothing negative we can say about our experience. To a person, over the top friends staff, state of the art equipment... a great dental practice. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

There are no words to explain about this dentist, they are the most selfless workers. Also, they are so patient with us when we don't have insurance, and willing to help us to find the best price to do the implant job. They deserve to have more blessing to come on their way. They are so patience with us and willing to explain things about the implant. They want to make sure we really understand the procedure before we go ahead with it. My 15 year old was terrified of dentist appointments due to a bad experience she had in the past and refused to go for over 2 years. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed with this dental office and they were amazing. I took my daughter there and she was beyond happy, comfortable, and said everyone was extremely nice made her feel safe. I'm beyond grateful and happy with this office and everyone there. I went in as a new patient. Jennifer was my dental hygienist. She was thorough, knowledgable, and fast. Best cleaning ever. They took X-rays and found a couple of bad cavities under existing crowns. Obviously, I’m not happy about needing more dental work but they were really helpful in planning out how to attack the work I need to have done. When I explained that money is an issue for me, the doctor helped me prioritize what to do first. I felt no pressure to do more than I could afford. Also they gave me a print out of the costs so I could plan for additional work. Their cost structure was actually less than at my previous dentist. I highly recommend them!

My experience with J&A was amazing! Even being a new patient, I was able to quickly get an appointment. On my initial visit, they discovered I needed root canals, crowns and fillings. I was expecting to be referred to an oral surgeon who could complete those, but they were able to do everything in house, that day! I was very impressed with the communication and explanations from everyone on the staff, and it was the least painful and most efficient service I have ever had from a dentist. I will DEFINITELY keep J&A as my primary dentist and am telling everyone about my amazing experience.

I had explained in detail that my gum was open after a recent tooth extraction which had been done at another clinic and that my sinus was getting infected. Basically explaining that there was an open hole from my gum into the sinus cavity. After the exam they told me that they do not do that type of repair. Although I had to reschedule with an alternative specialist I will revisit J&A for other dental needs. Their pricing is fair and staff are kind. Facilities are modern and comfortable.

Customer satisfaction is always related to the experience and care received.
First and, unfortunately, not the best experience at this dental shop.
1. I felt that cashing in my money and insurance was more important than my dental needs—it seemed I had to spend $4K on “possibly needed” dental work before the end of the year because it would max my insurance claim?!?
2. During my routine cleaning, I had the impression I was provided a “sub-standard” cleaning because I did not need a deep cleaning?!?
3. As I received care for a decaying tooth needing a root canal, I cried from the pain inflicted during the numbing of my gum—I have been through painful procedures in the past; I never cried; then I was fitted a device in my mouth and almost chocked on my own spit…
4. Technicians seemed unable to manipulate the equipment for multiple necessary (?) x-rays of my jaw—wandering what the over exposure to radioactive material will do to my health, in general, and my insurance claim, in particular.
5. I had to pay UP FRONT for care—I have never seen that in the last twenty years while being covered by a reputable and Federal sponsored insurance!!! I felt I was treated like a thief!!!
6. Since a new crown is sitting on my “dead” tooth, I am experiencing jawline pain… wandering what kind of damage was done to my bone.

I personally deserve to be treated with professionalism and a lot of TLC. Sadly this place has not shown anything of the sort in just 3 visits!

Went for my routine cleaning, I seen a different hygienist but had the same great experience and care. My visit with the dentist was great he was able to explain procedures and and go over my care plan. I’m very glad I found J&A.

My daughter was due for her routine cleaning and I have gained so much faith and trust in our new dental home, that I allowed grandpa to take her while I worked. I’m glad that J&A continues to be our amazing dental home.

Update- six months later and I’m back for my routine cleaning. I have to say it was the first time I can remember going in to the dentist and not having anxiety. I still have some aesthetic work to get done and I’m glad I have a dentist that I trust and feel comfortable with to get it done.

I went in for a second opinion. I was able to get answers and a game plan on my care. The staff was very supportive, which I really appreciate. I get very anxious and emotional when going to the dentist and they were understanding. I felt at ease in the office even though my nerves still get to me. I feel comfortable with the game plan. I feel that this will be a good place for me and hopefully for my daughter as well.
