Austin Cosmetic Dentistry that really delivers results! Dr. Robert D'Alfonso met with me for a free consultation when my mouth was in pretty bad shape. I had a crown that had cracked and I was in need of a dental implant. Dr. D'Alfonso was able to fix my mouth on the weekend and the atmosphere was so luxurious and comfortable at their Lakeway office that I felt at home. They make the dental work actually tolerable.

Where do I even start? I need to tell you about what happened to me BEFORE I found Robert D'Alfonso----Please read this all the way thru.
About 5 years ago, I wanted to get my teeth whitened and my front teeth replaced. I thought I found a great Dentist. He was close by and they advertised as Cosmetic Dentists. Boy was I ever so wrong about that dentist. My entire Mouth after that Dentist, was in the worst shape. I cannot even describe how bad it really was. And what made this so bad, my Daughter was getting Married. I needed my Smile. I thought OMG!!! This is a Nightmare and need to wake up, My teeth were falling out and the more they worked on my mouth the worse it got.
As you can see I have given Dr. D'Alfonso a 5 Star Rating. If there was a 10 Star option that would still not be high enough. Robert not only fixed my teeth, he fixed ME. I now love to Smile. My life has changed because of the results he gave me. If I had my before and after pictures I would post them.
I have referred him to other people and I would guarantee him and his staff to anyone. He truly was a Gift from Heaven in my eyes. My husband and I both now have the healthiest teeth and gums. It really is remarkable how once you start going to a dentist you can trust, you want to go back all the time for your checkups.
I honestly can NOT express the true feelings I have for him and all his staff. I feel I am in the Best Care any Dentist could ever give me. I love him. Its that Simple. I love my Dentist.....
