I asked Gracie THREE times if they accept DMO and she said Yes. Then I get a call saying they don't. I wasted valuable time scheduling an important dental appt because they have no idea what insurance they accept or not. Bad customer service.

I consider these dentist to be absolutely amazing.. They are both caring and considerate, even met me up at the office one time on their day off bc I was in so much pain after a procedure.. Also would like to mention that the rest of the staff/ assistants are pretty awesome as well.. They will work with you on payments and they have a special program you could join if you don't have insurance, that will save you money. With all that being said I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I heard great things about B&G Family Dentistry from a co-worker of mine so I decided to try it out myself. My personal experience was excellent! Arin was very pleasant, she has great bedside manners and made me feel comfortable during my X-Rays and throughout my whole cleaning. Dr. Beaulieu was very nice, he took his time and explained my treatment plan to me and answered all of my questions. I did not have to wait long at all to be called back. Lastly I must add the office was VERY clean, that is usually one of the first things I notice about a practice. Very happy with my experience and I will continue my care here!

I cannot recommend B&G Family Dentistry enough! Our youngest daughter fell and chipped her front tooth. Not only did they fit us in on the same day, they were so wonderful with her!!! Their dental hygienist Myra was fantastic! She brought her a toy, turned the TV on to her favorite TV show, and checked on us frequently! She was able to make getting X-rays on an 11 month old easy! Dr. Beaulieu was so informative and kind. I would highly recommend them!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and clinical competence of Dr. G. The office is completely up to date and the services provided were excellent. As a retired dentist I am not the easiest person to impress but I have found my new dental home in Livingston.
