Had a slightly longer wait then I feel was necessary this time but we were the very last patients of the day and everyone was ready to go home.. staff was very friendly and encouraging with my 6yr old the dentist on the other hand didn't speak to my son at all when I asked if his dental work might possibly be done here instead of sending him all the way to Houston again since I absolutely don't drive to Houston so it's very difficult and time consuming for us to be referred out if it can possibly be done here.... I honestly feel like he's 6 now with some patients and a couple visits his work could have been done here but and she did say we could try but after seeing that she really didn't want to do it in the beginning I decided I will just be making the trip to Conroe to get it done where their doctors actually don't mine dealing with small children. But everyone else in the office are amazing and treated my son great and always have.

We had a very pleasant visit yesterday. The staff are all wonderful, friendly, clean, professional, informative and helpful. After a previous experience elsewhere that turned into a horrible experience.... Smile Studio helped ease my child's anxiety regarding a dentist office. I highly recommend Smile Studio for all of your family dentistry needs!

Smile studio is where I will continue to go from now on. They are great got me in the same day I called, after having my regular dental office tell me I would have to wait two weeks with tooth pain. The ladys that work there are fabulous. A huge shout out to Dr. Ashley and hygienist Taylor for helping me out.

If I had to pick one word to say about smile studio it would be impeccable! They went above and beyond for all 4 of my family members and myself. They helped in any way possible and also cut me a huge deal (financially) some work I had done and omg I really needed that. I love dr. Ashley and her crew. They cleaned my teeth to perfection 🥰

As it stands now, Smile's Studio overbilled my insurance company for work not requested. I made sure they said twice to me, I'm getting x rays within my free check up. I owe them now 170 dollars. I had to pay for 50 dollars up front. Liars. Other dental offices don't lie to me like they do. Don't do business at this company. They will be rebilling my insurance company or I will be taking this to the attorney generals office and to court to show them not to do this to me.

Lady at front desk is happy to put your business out there for everyone . Yes I'm struggling financially doesn't make it ok say how it was paid for for everyone to hear. I felt embarrassed never coming back
