First visit today and I was very impressed with the kindness and professional abilities of the staff. Tests and results were well explained. A treatment plan was developed after review of X-rays and exam by Dr. Dewar. At first I was quite anxious to be there but I was definitely relaxed and glad that I went there by the time I left their office. It was a very good and affirming experience. I definitely recommend them … there were patients of all ages there today … I most assuredly have found my new dentist and staff, and I’m looking forward to getting my dental care back where it needs to be with their expert help.

I have always had extreme dental anxiety to the point that I had been prescribed Valium for dental work as far back as I can remember. I faced my fear head on today and didn't mention or ask for it. This was also my first time using Kreit Dental and I needed my first and hopefully last root canal from chipping my tooth during pregnancy and not having the time to deal with it since he's been born. Dr. Askar and Brooke did a great job. They made me feel calm and had on some good music. I've had experience with the numbing wearing off during dental work in the past and that's a horrible experience. Thankfully that was not the case here. I was worried it would happen but they took measures to be sure it didn't. I am thankful for them. Truly they did more than dental work. Without knowing they actually helped me tackle a life long fear and I've finally overcome it. A huge plus is that they have better prices then others. They quoted me half the price as the dental office I went to previously and I appreciate that so much as well. I highly recommend them.

Went here for my annual exam and cleaning. This was my first appointment at this practice, they have you pay prior to rendering services.Had an appointment scheduled for 10:30, arrived for my appointment at 10:05 to fill out my paperwork.
The ladies doing x-rays were phenomenal and efficient. After x-rays they send you back to waiting area where I waited about 45 minutes. Was called back to be given my plan of treatment. Was told that I would need another appointment next week to finish services. I have yet to have seen a provider, not sure how you get a plan of care without an exam, but I was going to roll with it.
Then around 12:00 I was called back for my “appointment “ was placed in an exam room where I sat for another hour and 15 minutes. Was only checked on once in that time frame. Finally said to heck with it and got up and went to get a refund for services not received.
NOT ONCE DID ANYONE STATE THAT THEY SHORT STAFFED, until my husband went back in to complain to the practice manager because of lack of service.
We then went to our car and called our insurance company to make sure they did not bill for services that were not provided. We explained to the agent about what was going on and about the plan of care was formed and I would need another appointment to finish services. They stated that the practice could have done all of my services in one visit, they only had to send in clinical notes (no provider has seen me) and x-rays to have approved.
Would not recommend this practice to anyone!

Everyone there is so friendly. I’m terrible with names so I can’t even say who helped me today. From the front desk to the dental assistant & Dentist I was treated very well. I told them a head of time that I am a scardy cat. They were so gentle and explained everything in advance. I have 2 more treatments in the works. I’m so glad I decided to make the drive to Livingston. Well worth it!

Excellent staff. Very patient and professional. Have used them for several years now, and worth the drive too. They answer the phone, call you back, and send reminders. If you don’t have Insurance, they have cash rates and were very helpful and knowledgeable. Extensive range of dental and orthodontic services available. I honestly think they can do almost anything dental wise and if they don’t they probably know who can.

Dentist that did my extractions was amazing and he was very understanding and accommodating. His assistant was also very sweet and helped me with anything i needed.. But I didn't appreciate waiting 2 hours for my appointment. My appointment was at 1 pm and I had to wait until 3 pm.

I was in horrible pain from a broken tooth and I was afraid it would be infected. The staff here saw how scared I was and was so kind to me and got me in immediately to stop the pain . I had to wait maybe 2 min for them to get ready for me in the back. It was such a blessing and I am so happy with kindness they treated me with. I wish my insurance was covered by them or I would make them my primary care dentist. THANK YOU just doesn’t seem enough. You were such angels to me and for that I am truly blessed. X-rays were quick before the appointment time even was. Then an hour wait to see the Dr to get a price on dentures. We came here an hour away because a friend referred us. She had a broke front tooth and many rotten teeth up top. She had the entire top done for $1500. We were quoted double. $3200 for 16 teeth with 2 of them being broke(not at the gum). 8 teeth on the bottom to be removed is quoted at $1600. Complete upper and lower dentures are $600 each $1200. I’m sure that price is standard.
Total price that was given after the $50 consultation is $6000. $4800 for 24 teeth to be removed. And $1200 for the dentures. Definitely not what I was hoping but I guess that’s about average. All staff was friendly you could see they were stead working and keeping up a good pace. Didn’t like that one worker came in the room just to spray on 4 sprays of sting perfume. But maybe she was stinking idk. But I’m the smell filled the room strong. She wasn’t working in the room just came by for a spritz. I will say if your looking for more affordable dentures and extractions at half that cost. I would recommend Dentures Done Right in Cleveland. It’s $95 a tooth. Full set (top&bottom) are $500 the total price there is half this places cost. I will upload photos of that quote as well. And I know evey mouth is different but this gives a better idea of what your getting into. Everything including the restroom was clean. Lots of seating. Friendly staff very nice and informative Dr. Prices were just not what I was hoping or expected when I was referred with a friend who had the same problem and equally rotten teeth. Hope this helps someone.

I had to get a root canal and was nervous about it, the nurse setting everything up was very understanding and made sure I was comfortable with everything I was going to get done and took the time to let the dentist know I was having some anxiety about it.
The dentist, Dr. Askar was an amazing, sweet, patient man.
He made sure to keep checking on me through the whole process and explained everything he was going to do to make me feel more comfortable.
The staff is always very nice and attentive.

I highly recommend this place. Everyone was so nice. I went in for repairs on dentures, fixed in same day and very reasonable price. Being on a fixed income,was very grateful. My first time here. I will definitely be back!!
