Arrived 15 minutes early as requested for a 1:30 only to find a sign on the door saying they're out until 1:30. Please do not request a patient come early if you're closed.

I've always had so much hesitation with going to the dentist because of past experiences, but this place has really turned that around, everyone that works here is so great, I don't feel judged at all, and they act like they really care. I had to have 2 root canals, and they took care of me, 10/10 I recommend this place.

Unethical. Recommendations after second opinion only to make money and not for my needs as a patient. Didn't offer any alternatives. Can hear the hygienist dismissing me in the background to her colleagues because I already went to another dentist out of state and didn't live in the area. Dr. K didn't even do an examination and went straight to recommending an unnecessary procedure. When asked to explain his rationale and for what to do in the meantime for the pain. Dentist said "nothing", need the procedure costing over $800 and got defensive quickly and said I can get another opinion if I wanted and it's basically not his problem while speaking down to me. Definitely not coming back even if procedure is needed after a 3rd opinion. Each dentist differing in opinion. Unprofessional and unethical is the best way to describe the company and owner. I do appreciate the front desk employee, x-ray tech, and financial coordinator for being kind and professional. So thank you to them.

I really enjoyed the place everyone of the staff was very friendly and the dentist explained things where I could understand what he was saying . With me not having insurance , the easy payment plan was very affordable , which is really nice knowing I didn't have to pay out of pocket up front . I would highly recommend this place to anyone

My girlfriend had to get a check up and cleaning. They broke a tooth on one side and didn't do the cleaning right. She still had plaque deposits. Second trip was a different doctor and they didn't put a filling in right. She now can't chew on that side because of hot and cold sensitivity. Instead of fixing the massive screw ups that the incompetent staff made they want to charge us more money to come in and fix them. Unless you want more problems with your dental hygiene avoid these clowns at all costs. I'm in the impression that they only have students working for them. A competent doctor or dental hygienist wouldn't be making mistakes like this.

I would give 0 stars if possible! They will scam you do not go here. They charged my grandfather for 15 counts of Gingival irrigation when only 4 is needed. Charged him for dentures and he never said he wanted Dentures. Charged him for extraction of all lower teeth instead of restoring the non restorable ones. He only went in for a cleaning and a extraction of a Molar tooth. Jokes on them because I am a traveling RDA/RDH so I know all the materials and how they work just so happens I am out of town and I could not go to the office with him. I refuse to let them do anything to my grandfather nor any other family members. RUNNNNNNNNNNNN THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY!!!!!!

Aspen dental is a joke! I went last August to be fitted for a partial. 6 months later still no partial and was told by the actual dentist that it's not happening. Waiting on a refund but just like their dental work it's taking forever
