The receptionist Megan is the rudest I have never encountered a medical worker that acts like she hates her job!Sorry your that miserable get a new job no need to be rude to patients !And maid me pay up front before I even knew what I was paying for not very professional by far the worst dental place I have ever been to not to mention how long it takes to get seen with an appointment then when I asked to speak to someone about this issue instead of taking care of it they just gave me a refund! Asking for a nice person to wait on you in a medical office shouldn’t be asking a lot if I were you I would go any where but here! This medical office must be doing really bad if they need payment up front before you even know what your being charged for I thought that was what billing was for!

Had an appointment to get a cleaning and a list of things I need done as far as work, and was told that for the initial cleaning it would be $300-$400 and that's if I didn't need a deep clean. When I expressed that I wasn't interested in getting a deep cleaning done today, I was told "well that's up to the dentist" instead I was told the only other option I had was to pay the $169 membership plan fee that I wasn't interested in to begin with. When I figured I'd go ahead and do that just to get my mouth looked at, I told them I wanted to split that payment between 2 cards. I expressed to them that I didn't have insurance so it was all out of pocket, and I wasn't prepared to spend more than $100 that day, so I was willing to spend the $169 but I would have had to split the payment between 2 cards. The woman at the desk who I was talking with (whom i believe was the office manager) told me their system doesn't allow for multiple payments in 1 transaction. I walked out without even being seen because at that point I felt like they didn't care about me as the patient at all and they didn't want to help, all they cared about was money. It's 2023, even fast food restaurants are able to process multiple payments in 1 transaction, so I don't buy it at all that they can't accept multiple card payments to settle a bill. If you're looking for affordable and COMPASSIONATE care, don't go here.

Showed up for my appointment a couple minutes early they did all the numbing around 10:13 my procedure didn't start till 10:57 he didn't start on the tooth that was hurting me the most he tried to pull out a diffrent tooth so I was done by 12:14 but he didn't even get the tooth out he said to come back and y then the tooth will have loosened up and be able to be pulled out. I was so upset all that pain and him pushing down into my tooth felt like he was gonna break my jaw and he cut me as far as I can tell 3 times on the corner of my lip and on my tongue as well it was such a horrible experience I don't want to go back to a dentist anymore after this but I know I still need to get the one he started on but didn't finish and the one that has actually been hurting me for a bit out so idk what 2 do but this was a terrible experience....

so I went back today but with a diffrent doctor and it was great!! some discomfort but this was a way better experience !

I had a tooth extraction done here today (May 25, 2022). The lady at the desk was extremely polite. Waiting time was little to nothing, and the waiting time in the chair was nothing. Dr. Lamp, the dentist who worked on my tooth, was extremely professional and kind. Accommodating and did the job efficiently. The assistants were so nice and informed me properly of my procedures and after care. I recommend coming here.

The staff was very caring and explained everything as we went thru my process. I really liked Dr. Lamp and the care he provided. I will continue to use them for my dental needs.

My family and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at the Marshall location.
Very clean , professional and friendly.
They held my daughter while I was getting my exam and even jump started my vehicle 🤣
But on the serious note I would most definitely recommend this dentist

I love being able to make appointments for all my children in one day, the staff is very understanding and accommodating! My children enjoy their dentist visits! I’m also a patient with no complaints,.I appreciate how much they explain the process when we run into treatment beyond the regular check ups ☺️🙌🏼

I am Marye's husband, Bradley Bird. She doesn't understand she stole my Google identity, so I have to post in her name now.

I called the dentist office because I had a broken tooth that left razor-sharp edges cutting my tongue with every swallow, every chew and every word spoken. I explained all of this clearly to the office girl before scheduling an appointment. My request was for the dentist to blunt the edges of the tooth so it would cease to cause the extreme irritation.

Upon arrival at the office, the dentist refused to do anything other than remove the tooth. He claimed that doing anything to reduce the cutting of my tongue might do more harm than good. Really???? The enamel part of the tooth is the tough outer layer. Dulling its sharp edges does not further compromise the tooth or increase the possibility of infection. How does that constitute more harm?

I get that looking into my mouth brings up dollar signs in dentists' eyes, but I thought doctors were supposed to relieve suffering. 2 minutes of the dentist's time would have done just that, but instead, they charged me $80 to do nothing and presented me with the only option they were willing to consider. They wanted $600 dollars to pull the tooth that was causing the problem along with the tooth next to it which has been broken for 2 years.

When I got home, I looked up a real dentist online who has a video on how to dull the edges of broken teeth until you are able to deal with them by extraction. I used a nail file to stop the injuries to my tongue and will have the teeth pulled by anyone else besides this charlatan. If you are looking for a dentist who will provide compassionate care, keep looking. This is not the place for such services.
