From day one Dr. Lee's staff has been helpful, friendly, and informative. They make our visits pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Lee is very thorough and patient. What really stood out to me is that Dr. Lee personally calls each of his patients the day after a procedure to check to see how they are doing. He and his staff are no less than excellent! I would recommend everyone to his office.

I had a great experience with Dr. Lee and all of his staff! Everyone was very professional, and I was well taken care of. I travel from Houston to see Dr. Lee, that’s how good he is. Thank you for the great service.

I had an appointment with my girls today. I was told that Dr Lee is out so it’ll be Dr Perez that I’ll be seeing amd my girls will see the hygienist. When we got in the clinic, there was an elderly couple waiting, one of them is in a wheelchair. We proceeded with filling up the forms for my girls - their first time in this clinic. Along with those forms were the “covid screening” forms. I am honest that I did disclose information that I saw a patient last night in the urgent care center that tested positive for covid. It is the nature of my work. I work in the healthcare. The receptionist overlooked it and I told her about it. She said she’ll have to ask the dentist first and sure enough - my daughters and I were declined of the scheduled services today. I am asymptomatic and so are my girls and we have actually received the vaccine. I understand the decision but I was informed that they will have to call me when we can be scheduled again. Disappointing because it appeared as they do not know when it’s going to be “ok” to reschedule us. I am wondering now if how would frontliners like me would be able to have dental services we need. Maybe after the pandemia? When would that be? Do they think their patients don’t lie to them about exposure to covid? Joke’s on them!
Our situation though is not as disappointing as to what happened to the elderly couple that was there. I heard the lady asked the receptionist how much longer would they have to wait. Apparently, they’ve been there for more that’s an hour AND they have been rescheduled a couple of times already and the poor man have been taking the prophylactic antibiotics all those time! Wow! The old lady was surely disappointed but I applaud her demeanor in handling the situation. The long wait and worse, rescheduled for a couple of times already?!!! And had to prophylactically take antibiotics all those times being scheduled and rescheduled?!!! Dr Lee is very nice and some of the staff there as well but they need to have somebody that is capable of handling situations - somebody that is knowledgeable in making decisions to address situations like what happened today.

I’ve know Richard for over 24 years and he’s done my teeth ever since. He is very caring and he still calls me the next day to make sure I’m doing well. He’s saved many of my teeth when they should have been pulled. I told him he should change his name to miracle dentistry. Highly recommend.

Very professional from front desk and all the employees, Dr very professional and calm with patients. He calls after your visit to check how are you doing. 💯 % recommend it.

I went in today 2/9/2021 to take my 9 1/2 month old and apparently I got the date wrong (single mom with her mind all over the place) & they were so thoughtful and accommodating and saw us anyway, despite my mistake. They were so sweet and kind to my daughter and educated me on what to do with her teeth and so forth (first time mom also). I appreciated when I left the assistant said to call for anything because she knows how confusing it can be and that meant the world to me, as it’s hard remembering everything when you have a child to tend to 24/7. So thank you to the great staff!

Excellent staff and service! Dr. Lee and staff did a great job and took care of me right away in my emergency care!! Simply the BEST!

I recently visited this place and felt uncomfortable (due to COVID 19). The following are some issues I observed.

- [ ] Dr. Lee And staff should be wearing a shield along w mask. Though you were wearing a surgical mask and material mask I didn’t feel safe knowing you were up close to my face. Also, were your gloves clean before working on my teeth?
- [ ] assistant /tech kept touching computer screen / key board, wall and wall switch (for x rays), then continued to touch my mouth.

I’m Suggesting the following
- [ ] Wearing shield in addition
- [ ] Wear/ grab clean gloves in front of patient
- [ ] For staff touching objects such as keyboard, switches etc have a second assistant working teeth so you don’t contaminate
- [ ] Assure every patient, that tools and items are being properly cleaned, how and how often whether once a day, between patients, etc. in fact, i prefer if they are printed and a copy given to the patient or posted on the walls.

Last, commenting here that you clean the office and tools means nothing. Instead assure every patient visiting that measures are being taken.

Dr, understand that We are putting ourselves at risk when visiting the dentist. This virus is deadly.

Dr. Lee and staff are the best, they are patient and they really educate you on your teeth. Nice and clean. I never have a bad experience, I definitely recommend this office.
