Music City Mall Dental

This is the best overall dental experience I have ever had.
The office is nice, clean, and neatly decorated, the staff has excellent customer service skills. The assistants were caring and empathetic.
Dr. Allan Baldawi is the new dentist, he is quite a professional with excellent bed side manners, he was very thorough with the exam, and gave me alternate treatment options and educated me about the best choice that he recommended, and I was given the choice to start same visit, which was perfect so I would not miss work again!
The dental work was painless, and perfect, I can't be more satisfied. I already referred friends and family!

Dr. Be is probably one of, if not the BEST dentist that I've ever came across. I had major work done on my teeth, and he was very informative and not only explained what he would be doing, but most importantly why. I was missing two teeth on the top and two teeth on the bottom, as they just never grew in. I wore braces for almost 4 years. I knew at that point it was time to do something as my bite was correct and teeth were in place. We proceeded with dental bridges on both the top and the bottom. During each procedure, Dr. Be was patient and accommodated me to make the experience comfortable for me. It took three appointments, and I now have a smile that I would never have thought I would obtain. He is willing to work with you and bend over backwards for your needs. You don't find too many people in the area that offer excellent customer service. I also want to point out through this whole ordeal, he allowed me to have his personal e-mail in which we interacted after hours and any time that I had a question. This man is awesome! I just want to say we have the best Dentist ever!!!! So glad we were blessed enough to get to know about their office. The front manager is so icredibly professional, yet helpful, and courteous. The Dr. is very professional, and really takes his time explaining what he needs to do before doing anything. And when he does do work such as placing a crown or fixing a cavity he does it with consideration and makes sure your comfortable. If anyone is in need of a Dentist go see Dr. Allen Baldawi, he has two locations one inside the music city mall and one at the midland mall, you wont regret or hesitate to go again. Highly recommended!!!!

Great Dental Office, elegant and clean interior design. Front desk is very kind and welcoming. Dr. Allan Baldawi is such a friendly dentist with great skills, gets work done efficiently and fast. All different dental treatments are provided here. Highly recommend this office.

So far one of the worst dental in Odessa
They try to low ball me for almost 10 grand saying I needed 6 teeth out
I went to affordable dental and they told me I have good teeth and only change me 800 dollars to fix what needed to be fix
I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS U HAVE MONEY TO BLOW and music City Mall dental please don't reply to this comment y'all ain't trying to help nobody....

Been going here for years. Every visit Dr provided good service and gave good advice on how to improve my hygiene. The office usually doesn't have long wait times, and is very clean. I really appreciate that. Sadly I can no longer afford the services due to most things insurance doesn't cover. 5/5 for service, and staff. Only thing I'm not happy about is fees.

We have depended on Music City Mall Dental for more than 6 years. After a bad experience with my kids at two other dental places in Odessa we gave this place a try and we have never thought of going to anyone else. Dr. Allan B. is the best dentist I have ever gone to in my life. Took my youngest to the dentist today for her 6 month check up. She asked me "Do you think every one like's going to the dentist as much as I do?" Probably not, We think the entire staff is wonderful, I can't thank them enough. Next month we go back for an orthodontic check.

I haven't gone here but its honestly just Sad how this company chooses to respond to customer complaints in one post you say you cant discuss customers information and for louisiannas post you put all her information on blast then for another response you act as if its not directed to the reviewer while cordially bashing them. Just from reading these responses alone i wouldn't take the chance of going here.

Misdiagnosed. Tried to up charge. Wanted to fix teeth that had nothing wrong with them. Got a second opinion, I suggest you do the same as well. When I tried calling back to tell them of the second opinion, I was told to hold on, that the doctor was talking to someone else. Waited on hold for 10 minutes for them to come back and say the doctor had actually left and wouldn't be back until Monday.

Excellent service! Dr. D works fast and clean! He explains everything to detail and only does what you feel comfortable with. My experience was 10/10!
