The staff was so caring, professional, fast and very knowledgeable. I came in with the worst toothache and right away the team was quick to help me. Everyone was awesome from the front desk to the team in the back. There was no wait time. I came in at the same time with 4 other people and we all got taken care of. Will definitely recommend this place. I haven't received compassionate care in a long time. Thank you all , words can not describe my gratitude.

I honestly had the best experience ever at Aspen Dental. I have had bad experiences with other dentist (Kool smile). The employees from Aspen Dental were all super nice and kind from the people who check you in to the office down to the Dentist. Honestly I'm happy I choose them!

I went to get in my teeth whitened and the mold they used was too big now. Now I can't even use the mold because it doesn't fit in my mouth. Since the insurance doesn't pay for much they are charging me to try to make a new one even though my insurance doesn't cover it yet they charge you without letting you know on the second visit how much you owe. The staff there is so preoccupied with talking with each other they don't give you the care you need. Also it's extremely difficult to contact them have someone try to help you solve the solution. I would not recommend this place.

I'm totally satisfied! They are friendly and professional, had a good finance plan, they worked with me and got my dentures within a week.
I'll recommend Aspen to anyone!

Visited general dentist within my Humana Medicaid network for tooth extraction and after x-rays and teeth cleaning, I got an open referral to go find a oral surgeon due to complications. I made appointment at Odessa Aspen. I told Aspen that the general dentist said he could transfer X-rays done 4 days ago. Aspen told me they prefer to do their own. After Aspen redundantly x-rayed me, they told me my teeth needed cleaning. I told them my teeth were just cleaned 4 days ago. They said "well they didn't do good job". Then they proceeded to lay out a personalized dental plan with price tag of $5000+. This plan included a "deep" cleaning, mouth cancer screening, and 10 15 cavity fills. I told them to do whatever it takes as long as Humana pays. They then told me Humana doesn't pay for "oral" surgeons which I later found out was lie. They said that I could get loan from them with a payment plan for the $5000+ of the "urgent" dental work I needed. I can't afford that so I opted for just the "real" urgent extraction of my painful tooth. I was then told that I couldn't make appointment with their oral surgeon untill I paid up front or got on payment plan for $700+. In pain, I reluctantly paid with credit card. As soon as I got to my hometown, I called Humana and they told me they did pay for oral surgeon work but that they couldn't pay for same x-ray done within same week. I cancelled my oral surgeon appointment with Aspen but it took a lot of anger calling to get my full $700 put back onto my credit card. They only wanted to credit back $550 because the rest was for the x-ray they did. Crooks! Is Aspen in the shark loan business or what. Why did the lie about Humana not covering oral surgeons?

First things first, the actual dentist I saw there was great. I believe it was dr. Sam. He was thorough, had great bedside manner and was overall a wonderful medical professional. He needs to go somewhere else, like yesterday. Now let's get onto the nitty gritty.
This place is the McDonald's of the medical industry, and the used car salesman of a shady dealership. I don't understand how their prices make any sense what so ever. They are predatory, condescending, and can't do basic math. They wanted to charge 2400 dollars for a basic root planing and scaling WITH good dental insurance that ends up costing me 360 for the full mouth in literally any other place. Oh and this was with a "3500 discount". They also refused to do any other work untill the deep cleaning was done, which again, no other establishment has this bizzare rule. The financial person there who does the quotes thinks they know more than the actual dentist and fear mongers you into getting all the work done asap or else there will be "dire consequences". They prey on unknowledgable individuals or people who are on medicaid and thus don't care how much anything costs since daddy government is paying for it. Due to this, they overcharge those who don't have the luxury of getting free stuff. They are crooks.

Absolutely horrible experience. I wish I would've read reviews first. This company has class action lawsuits against them and all the bad things I read about happened to me here. Don't make the mistake I did by paying thousands for a cleaning you don't even need. The biggest mistake I've made my entire life was going to Aspen Dental.

I recently had a deep cleaning at Aspen Dental. Hygienist Devorah was great, efficient, informative, and I experienced very little pain. You can tell she is very experienced and good at what she does. Alongside Devorah was assistant Diana, she was very personable and positive. She really helped calm my nerves and created a relaxed atmosphere. I recommend giving this place a try for your dental needs.
Edit: It's been over a year since my initial review. I still recommend them as much now as I did then.

Had a crown broke off at the gum line after less than one year. Had to have the rest removed today. Not a happy camper.
The staff is wonderful as usual ❤️
