I have been a patient here for about two years and have brought the rest of my family here for treatment as well. Everything is extremely clean and the atmosphere is peaceful. The staff have all been very professional and kind, even when we've had to reschedule. Dr. Bista is that rare combination of knowledge & skills plus "bedside manner"- qualities not always found together in medical professionals. She clearly keeps up her education and I know she also volunteers her time in the community in her spare (!) time. A Pharmacist at Kroger told me to consider giving this place a call and I'm so glad I did! Thanks, Dr. Bista and Staff!

I came in as a walk-in patient on a Friday morning. I had chipped a tooth and wanted to know what to do. I am a survivor of severe childhood abuse and cannot have anyone touch my face. The anxiety is too much. I explained the situation to the staff and they treated me with respect and helped me make it through a short dental exam to determine the damage. They understood my personal needs as an abuse survivor and instead of belittling me they made me as much at ease as I could possibly be. They even helped me find a dentist that can better handle the crown I am going to require along with my specific anxiety issues. I recommend them to anyone.

I arrived on time for my appointment and still had to wait 40 mins before being seen by anyone, but someone that came in after me, that was 30 mins late for their appointment was allowed to go in front. Although, I will say that the staff was very polite and the place was clean! If it wasn’t for the wait time I would definitely rate higher.

Dr. Bista is not only kind and courteous but she is very comforting with your anxiety that may accompany dental work. She is gentle and her work is quality. She encourages preserving permanent teeth. I have had several treatments including an implant and I am very pleased. Her staff is also friendly and accommodating. Tammy is my hygienist and she is gentle and effect with my cleanings! I can’t brag on Dr. Bista enough!!!!!
