A Smile Pediatric Dentistry

I never had a single problem with these dentists. They treat my kids very well, especially my child with ASD. A lot of patience! Lovely doctors, I never had any problems with the front desk neither.

Please Please don't go, don't try. she only do easy work. she can't handle if your child got difficult work to do. Then kick you out cancel your appointment even you have been waiting for two months.

The staff is unprofessional. The dental office urgency for extensive work is lacking. I have not received any paperwork in regards to the treatment plan although I was told it would be emailed. I just moved here and had to find a new pediatric dentist for my children. My 15 year old son has never had a single cavity and has never been to this particular dental office due to him being older. My 5 year old daughter has been here 3 times over the course of 1.5 year. I was just told during last appointment that my daughter needed 2 root canals, 2 Crowns and 8 fillings. The other two appointments were great! My question is how did all this happen in a matter of months?! I do not trust the dentist ability to treat my child and will NEVER return. In addition to them not emailing me the treatment plan they have not called once to even follow up as promised and it's been 3 weeks. Ugh!! Some dental offices just don't have the concept of patient care down. I would not reccommend this office, very disappointing!

Had been here 5 times and great experiences. Very caring doctor willing to spend time with my son and friendly front desk. The cleanings are done by the doctor herself which I appreciate very much. Nolly as the office manager is very keen in answering questions and help out on the schedule. Assistant Jessica is really good with kids, big smiles and very pleasant to chat with.

I was very nervous for my daughter to go to the dentist for the first time after all the terrible horror stories i have read and heard about. I am so happy we found this place. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. The dr's are very friendly and give me so much information. They can tell i am always so nervous but are so reassuring. My daughter came when she was 3 and has had to have a mini root canal and 2 fillings. She didnt cry once! they give them so much attention and have so many distractions it makes it a fun enviroment. This will remain my daughters dentist! I highly recommend!

I have no complaint about the quality of care my child initially received, my main complaint is the same as the other review on this site. After my child's initial visit, it was determined that he needed extensive work under sedation. The earliest appointment we could make was about a month out. We made the appoint but right before the date, my child got sick and the anesthesiologist recommended we wait till he got better. I called smile pediatric dentistry and they told me the next available appt was in June. Apparently Dr Choi was taking a 2 month break. My child was not in any discomfort and not wanting to change I booked an appt in June. When June came, I called the office and they told me that I never made the appt (at first I thought this was my mistake but after reading the other review sounds like they have record keeping issues). I ask when the next available appt is and they tell me not until Sept/Oct...wow incredulous. I'm actually glad this happened b/c I'm really questioning the quality of care my child would have received here. I don't write too many reviews but felt I needed to share. Unfortunately there is a real lack reviews in the medical profession while it's so important. We found another dentist in the area that was great also almost 50% less expensive. Please do your due diligence before going to this place.

Great kids dentist taking pride in her work. Caring and willing to spend needed time on the kid. My son loves the place and his other dental specialist highly praised the work done at this office. That meant quite a bit to me. The front office is very helpful and get back on things fast.

A Smile Kids Dental is a awesome place to trust your kids dental needs. The front office (Nolly and Ana) are awesome. They are extremely nice and go over and beyond to take care of your needs.

The doctors (Doctor Su and Doctor Choi) are awesome and go to great lengths to ensure the kids comfortable. They are very thorough and extremely professional. I am very happy to recommend this office to anyone.

My brother and I have been going there since we were little, and their crew is amazing. They are also very polite to us, and they really care about their patients. I would recommend this clinic to all people that care about their children’s teeth!

My kids have been seeing Dr. Su at A Smile Pediatric Dentistry for 6 years. Dr. Su is an excellent dentist. She is always nice and professional. She cares about her patients and provides high quality of treatment. The staffs work in this clinic are awesome too!
