Hate the unprofessional attitude and procedures of the front desk- No follow up on next appointments, have to call them several times to schedule one, when we try to release the documents/Xrays then they lie that they are sending which never happened, when called after a week then they send release documents to sign blah blah.
I won't recommend anyone to go to this facility and waste your time.....

Very much disappointed in the bedside manners of this dentist.
When clearly mentioned and the clinic is fully aware of my 11yr old son's (Duchenne) medical condition, yet dentist was treating him if he is an able-bodied adult. When he started crying because of the uneasiness, she commented "you are crying like a 1 year old". I am looking for an alternative to this dentist. Please assist if you know of any. Thanks,
