I am very pleased with my choice for a new dentist. I was warmly greeted when I entered and everyone was friendly and genuine.
Hygienist Lisa spent a lot of time with me, explaining the practice and then things beyond just good dental hygiene that can impact our health but start in the mouth. She inspired me to take those standard precautions for good oral health and make them a consistent habit!
The office is clean and welcoming, they have state of the art equipment. I’ll be going back for a crown soon, it will be done in one visit - that’s progress! I have every confidence that Dentistry by Design will be my new dentist office for years to come!

The atmosphere is wonderful. Love the Christian music playing. The staff is professional, caring and kind. It's always been a great experience for 5 years. I highly recommend giving them a try. Let's not forget they are having a pumpkin contest, they are so adorable. Great job everyone! 🧚♀️

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dentistry by Design office and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in and every time, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Brad Tiner as my dentist. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Doctor Tiner explained each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. His professional skills are amazing and outstanding, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedures. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.
After my visit, the staff followed up with me to make sure I was feeling okay and to schedule any necessary follow-up appointments. The whole experience was top-notch and I was extremely impressed with Dentistry by Design and will definitely be returning for future dental needs.
Thank you for providing the best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!

I tried this office back in March. I’ve been putting off the dentist for some time and I have major anxiety at dental offices and working at a doctors office I tend to be extra observant so when I read the great reviews and they were down the street from me I decided to try it out. I do agree they are professional but nothing over the top. The receptionist at the time wasn’t all that friendly. Dr Tiner which I read so many “great” reviews about barely spoke and didn’t really talk a whole lot about my dental issues. Or try to express any interest in me He just looked at me for 5 min and went about his way. Also When he was injecting me with numbing medicine his hands were shaking the entire time which gave me even more anxiety. The hygienist was my favorite i believe her name was Mary she’s very caring and thorough and I scheduled deep cleaning for her but only did half since I specifically only wanted to see her but the schedules were conflicting. The billing/check out lady was also very nice and informative but that was about it. I wanted to like this place so bad since it’s close and the reviews but unfortunately that didn’t Happen.
I still need to finish my cleaning but I won’t be going back since I wasn’t impressed with Dr Tiner or his bedside manner and the lack of diversity in the office when it’s 2022.

I love Dentistry by Design. My hygienist, Lisa S is amazing and always so professional. She greets with a smile and is always pleasant. She is very knowledgable about dental care and always explains everything perfectly. My dentist, Dr. Blagowski is wonderful and I know she is giving me the best of care and is always so friendly and kind. As long as these two are there, D by D is my place for quality dental care.

I was seen by Dr. Tiner. Appointment was right on time with no waiting. They used the latest technology to model my teeth and create the crowns I needed. The crowns werefor my two front teeth so I was very nervous about how they would come out. Dr Tiner took the time to explain the procedure and prepared my teeth with zero pain to me. Crowns were made onsite which gave the Dr. a chance to "dry fit" and make any adjustments necessary. After the crowns were in, Dr. Tiner carefully adjusted the bite until it was perfect. My new crowns look fantastic and it only took about 2 hours. I should have done this long ago. I have a cracked molar and plan to go back and have Dr. Tiner repair that as well. 100% recommendation, would do again.

Best experience! Starting up front with Alicia, to the prep with Maddie and the Filling from Dr. B. Maddie was very attentive to how I was doing throughout the process and Dr. B worked quickly and safely to ensure that the filling went well!

I’ve been a patient for years and have had a great experience with this office. I’ve seen both Dr. Tiner and Dr. B and like them both. Lisa the hygienist has been there for over 20 years and is so thorough and explains any questions and addresses concerns. She’s lovely and great with my whole family including my 3 year old. The front desk is really friendly as well. Office is really clean and updated.

Love this dentist office. I’ve only been about 7 times but after the second or third I was greeted by them knowing who I was walking in the door. I was referred to them by my parents and their friends and it’s worth a 45 minute drive from forney to go. Dr. Tinner has done a lot of work on my mouth and I’ve never had such a great experience.
