Excellent staff, Dr. Tinder's work is superb. These folks make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience! Top notch technology - their 3D printer for crowns is a amazing! Glad I chose DBD as I am a very satisfied patient.

My family and I have been patients at Dentistry by Design even before it was called Dentistry by Design. I love Dr Tiner and Dr B’d work. Th y keep mine and my family’s smiles beautiful and healthy. They are professional, thorough and they have excellent “bed-side-manner”. The staff is also A1! Going to the dentist can be unpleasant, but I have never experienced an unpleasant office visit. I love Dentistry by Design!

I have been going here since 1995. Back then it was in a different location in Richardson but the "new" office here off Renner is very nice and modern. They have always been super friendly, gentle, and great to work with. The front office staff is great, the hygienists are great as are Dr. Blagowsky and Dr. Tiner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Tiner explains everything thoroughly, and they have state-of-the-art technology -- I've never seen so many impressive pieces of equipment. The price for my implant was lower than the places that just want to do the whole procedure in one day. I'm glad I went with Dr. Tiner. He did it right and I know it will last. They saved me over $1,000!!! I believe Dentistry by Design and Dr. Tiner are living God’s purpose. After going to another nearby dentist clinic for several years and being passed from dentist to dentist, one of my teeth crumbled and I knew I needed serious help. I went to a highly recommended dentist in Frisco who told me I needed a root canal so I scheduled asap. I was forced to cancel when my kids came down with a stomach flu.
Then, my friend sent me to Dentistry by Design. I thought I was just going in for a consult, but they were able to complete two crowns and a filling with time to spare before picking up my son from daycare!
One crown was a replacement of an old one that bothered me for years, and now I can’t tell which teeth aren’t originals. The attention to detail is amazing. I couldn’t be happier. It also improved my bite, headaches/migraines and TMJ issues I had. I wish I had found them twenty years ago.

I went for my initial consultation at Dentistry by Design yesterday and was very impressed. From the first call to make an appointment to the warm and friendly welcoming when I arrived, the receptionist was very inviting. I felt very comfortable and at ease with Dr. Tiner and his assistant. I interviewed 4 previous dental offices regarding implants and additional procedures. Dr. Tiner and his staff have given 5 Star service from the very first phone contact. They are kind very efficient. They took care to make sure I was comfortable in spite of my very obvious nerves. Dr.Tiner has a very light touch. I never experienced anymore than mild discomfort with the injection. The office us beautiful and I have never waited more than 5 minutes.

I really got to know Dentistry By Design when I had to have oral surgery prior to Spine Surgery. Yes, my Spine Surgeon would not due my Spine surgery until Dr. Tiner had removed the tooth and eliminated the infection. My Spine surgeon was very pleased with the outcome and so was I with both surgeries.
