Dr.Blagowsky is amazing! My son had a tooth that was really hurting and she got us in early and did a wonderful job fixing the problem. She was so gentle and kind! Everyone there made us feel comfortable. The staff was all smiling and very helpful. Such a warm and friendly place. We are so thankful for her!!

At age 70, I've had several dentists. Joel Tyner is the best by far. He invests in cutting-edge technology that results in procedures that are pain free and time saving.
For example, he uses a numbing machine that uses a micro-filiment that you barely feel. No syringe and needle. He fabricates crowns in his office and installs them in one sitting.
I recommend him with no reservation.

I have had many cavities filled throughout my life and each one has left most of my mouth and chin numb for hours after wards. They were all very uncomfortable and left me praying I'd never need another filling. Not to mention I would cringing the whole time throughout the procedure. That is not the case at Dentistry by Design, Dr. Tiner does such an amazing job, I didn't even feel the needle numb my mouth, then the drill was quieter than any drill I've experienced before, and I was in and out in a half hour. I will never go anywhere else. I can't wait to tell all my family and friends. This office is doing it right and I have 0 anxiety going to the Dentist now as long as it's to Dr. Tiner. The staff is exceptional as well. Very kind, respectful and fast to get your appointment going. No sitting around waiting. Your appointment time is your appointment time. I can't say thank you enough for such an easy painless experience. I only wish I'd found this Dentist office sooner!

I've been going to Dentistry by design for many years and they have done excellent crowns, fillings and general cleanings. They are always friendly and take the time to explain each step. They have never tried to push me into having something done that I wasn't sure about. The facility is new, comfortable and friendly with lots of easy parking. Highly recommend.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank You to Dr Tiner and his wife Pam. I was in intense pain with a cracked tooth for weeks during the COVID isolation and was having a hard time finding a dentist who would see me. (Mine was unable to take me in) My friend called Dr Tiner's emergency number and explained the situation. He said "sure. I'll be happy to help" and help he did. He opened up his office to someone who wasn't even his patient and performed an emergency root canal. I can't express my gratitude enough.
07/31/21. Yet another wonderful experience with Dentistry by Design. The staff is great. Dr Tiner filled a cavity. It was so easy and the tooth (close to the front) looked as if there was no work done on it! An artist in his trade.

Between Jennifer & Dr. Shawn, it was such an easy calm experience that I became a dutiful every 6 months patient. Absolutely The Best! My mouth would be lost without these two.
