Until today, I would have given this price 5 stars all day! I got a new job and the dental benefits aren’t as great as they once were which means there are some things I now have to pay out of pocket for. I was completely okay with that and even made sure I knew what amount I would be responsible for when I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks ago. At 4pm the day before my appointment, I received a call saying, “Oops we made a mistake you know owe double of what we originally said.” I wasn’t to happy but I needed the work done so I moved past it. The day of my appointment comes. After I get my fillings I’m told, you owe another $100 for what your insurance didn’t pay. My problem is not the amount, but the way in which is was handled. I had confirmed my total 2 weeks ago and then told differently less than 24 hours prior to my appointment. The information changed again once I reached my appointment. I’m a business owner and think it’s extremely bad business practice to provide a customer incorrect information and then “change your mind” less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. I will find a dentist office who is able to correctly invoice me the first time and not penalize me for their mistakes.

I've been seeing Dr. Fluellen and Wendy the dental hygienist for almost four years now. I've had nothing but great experiences. The staff is professional and makes you feel so welcome. I think Wendy had learned my name and details about me after my first visit. Dr. Fluellen is friendly and extremely thorough. Recommend!

They make dental check-ups completely painless and I actually look forward to my appointments! I chipped an old front tooth filling, so went directly to Dr. Fluellen's office. Not only were they able to take me in immediately, they repaired the tooth perfectly so that I would not be late for my Networking Lunch Meeting. I could talk as much as I wanted now without being concerned about a chipped tooth showing! This is on top of a fantastic job last week of finishing off a really difficult - again front tooth - implant that perfectly matched my other teeth! I just love these everyone of her great staff!
