I had a wonderful experience at Sapphire Family dentistry today during my first visit. I was searching for one after moving to the area and glad I choose them. The staff was very friendly and the dental hygienist Megan did a great job at getting my cleaning done and answering my questions. Dr Doan was also very helpful in explaining my X-rays and recommending other treatments that I needed. I have already scheduled my next appointment!

Excellent service in the few visits I’ve had here so far. The staff are good at explaining procedures in detail, and are welcoming and skilled and make each visit comfortable. Clean environment and great atmosphere. The TVs make each dental appointment flow by really fast too!

I get very nervous every time I go to the dentist but Sapphire Family Dentistry changed all of that! They were very professional and explained everything in detailed to make sure I understand my treatment. Dr Trinh and his assistant Ingrid was amazing and took care of my fillings. Megan did my cleaning and she was awesome as well. Sapphire is my new dental home!!

Sapphire dentistry is one of the best dentist places for your dental needs. Front staff is very friendly. Dr. Doan was excellent. He took his time in explaining the procedure, treatment etc. Special shout out to Johnny. He made the whole experience of the exam and cleaning very comfortable.

Sapphire Family Dentistry is the best. The first time I walked in there the staffs were very nice and professional. I had my deep cleaning today, the hygiene was top notch and it was awesome visit. Dr Trinh is very nice and Meghan did a great job on my teeth. The Office Manager Ann is a wonderful, kind and caring person and also Lyndon. I give them 10/10 and I recommend 100%.

Staff is amazing and the dentist is too. Im not from here and was looking for a dentist to discuss options for straightening my teeth. The care you receive here is superb. There are places that are cheaper and explain a little more in depth, but the people here were so nice n caring that I didn’t want to change my provider/treatment. I still give 5 stars because ultimately you get what you pay for.

Every visit, upon arrival, I am always greeted promptly and with the utmost courtesy. The facility is sparkling clean, seems to have all of the modern technology, and Dr. Doan’s level of skill, professionalism, and demeanour is second to none! Ann, Jessica, and all of the staff are just wonderful! One of the things I love most is that there is never a wait, they bring you right into the dental chair and let you watch movies! Just incredible amenities and service!
