Paramount Dental

I went today to get my teeth cleaned and had such a fantastic experience! Everyone was well prepared - temperature was checked before entering and hand sanitizer was provided. Laura was very friendly and thorough - she's the best. Thank you to Dr. Nguyen, Christine, and the rest of the Paramount Dental team.

I had a great experience there. Dr. Nguyen explained everything in details for me before she checked my teeth and did the extraction. I could speak with her in Vietnamese. The receptionist was awesome too. She did everything quick and easy to understand. She was a great listener and figured things out greatly. They have follow up call to check on me 3 days after the extraction to see if I had any problems. Thanks the whole team for providing the greatest service I’ve ever had.

I had Robin clean my teeth, and it was the best experience yet! She showed great concern, explained every step to me, and was very patient through the process. Sadly, my car couldn't start once I left the office, but Christine (Office Mgr) was so kind to help me with a jump-start! I've been going to this location for years, and do not plan on going anywhere else! Always a great experience!

Paramount Dental rocks! Excellent service and awesome staff. I was afraid going to a dentist but Dr. Nguyen is an amazing dentist. She took the time to explained every procedure she was doing. Hands down the best dental professional around! The staff is very welcoming and kind. I've been seeing Robin for almost 2 years now, and I always feel great when I leave. Robin understands that I'm human and particularly one who isn't always the best at keeping up with my dental routine. But instead of reprimanding me, I always get tips on how I can train myself, what's the latest tech to help out, and praised for what I can do. I love them and I'll keep coming back as long as they're here!

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are phenomenal. They truly care about their patients and will do whatever they can to ensure you're receiving the best care possible. No hard sales for unnecessary dental work or pushy receptionists - just simple, necessary, and affordable dental care.
There are two things in particular I appreciate about the way Dr. Nguyen runs her practice:
1) She stays up-to-date on dental care and incorporates new technologies and techniques when she believes it will be to the benefit of her patients.

2) She is conservative and will not prescribe a course of treatment unless it is absolutely necessary to your dental hygiene.

There are definitely many options in the area to choose from, but I HIGHLY recommend Paramount Dental.

I have always had a phobia of the dentist. Dr. Nguyen and her staff always make me feel welcome and at ease when I visit. Dr. Nguyen has always taken the time to make sure I am as comfortable as possible before she gets started with me. I appreciate the time and detail that she and her staff give me. I highly recommend Paramount Dental to anyone who is looking for great service and excellent dental work.

Dr. Tam Nguyen is excellent and the best dentist I've ever had. I trust her 100 percent. She went to dental school at the University of California, Los Angeles, ranked as the 15th best dental school in the world. When I first moved to the Austin area, I went through multiple dentists until I found Dr. Nguyen. She delivers the highest quality in dental care. She is conservative in her treatment and never rushes to do anything unnecessarily. She is a perfectionist in her work and caring. She uses the latest technology in her office and carefully explains to you what treatment is needed and why, and shows you digital photos on a big screen so you can see for yourself in a magnified view whatever the issue is. Whatever dental treatment I have received here through the years has been exactly what was needed and highly successful, including crowns. I experienced mouth trauma several years ago when a softball ball was batted into my mouth, knocking many of my teeth loose; a nightmare. Dr. Nguyen successfully guided me through recovery, saving my teeth. Sherri, her dental hygienist, is excellent, and all of the staff is great. I consider myself extremely blessed to have Dr. Nguyen as my dentist.

The dentist was amazing at her job!
But not good When it comes at the financial I had a horrible experience!!
I had to dental coverage from my work and The husband at the time !!
Jenny Miss up big time!! She promised that she would use both insurance I was told everything was covered!
Jenny got fired!!

When you hired a new manager she made things worse!!!!!
I talked to the dentist myself she promise to take care of it!!!!!☹️!!!’!!

I don’t recommend this place!!
Keep all your receipts or proof of payments because it will come back telling you that you owe them money!!!

They have also hurt my credit!!
I am very disappointed
