Paramount Dental

I experienced the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. The dentist “interviewed” me to discover what my goals were for my dental health, what I wanted her to accomplish, and so much more. I spoke to her about some jaw pain I have been having for months and she gave me a thorough exam to discover what was happening. I’ve never had a dentist treat me like a doctor would. It’s always been my experience that a dentist takes a quick look, makes their judgments and moves on.

Dr Nguyen and her staff at Paramount dental are excellent. My family and I have been going to them since 2004. Great family dentist. The hygienist is great and cares for you as well as your teeth. I would highly recommend them for your dental needs. :)

Great experience. Every time! I'm one of those that nervous about dentists. Every interaction, from making the appointment to dealing with insurance at the end, has been wonderful. The dental tech are informative, gentle and effective. Doc is straight, presents all options and personable along the way. I appreciate their diligence and work ethic.

I am very anxious about the dentist, but Dr. Nguyen and her assistants are very attentive and put me at ease. I have had teeth pulled and cavities filled, procedures that require anesthesia. Dr. Nguyen waited for the anesthetic to kick in, and when I felt something and let her know, she gave me more anesthetic and waited again. She told me to raise my left hand if I needed her to stop, and when I raised it during my procedure, I expected her to tell me to wait a few seconds, but she just stopped!!! She is very meticulous, and takes her time. I am very impressed with her and her staff, they are very sweet. Her front desk ladies are amazing as well, and always willing to work out payment plans for anything insurance doesn't cover. I LOVE Paramount Dental, and will continue to go back.

I called and spoke with Denise, who was so pleasant and friendly, to set up just an evaluation as I have quite a bit of anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Denise was super friendly and made me feel really at ease. Surprisingly to me, they were able to get me in that same day, even though that was not my expectation.

When I got to the office, it was very welcoming, cozy and they had coffee, tea and waters available for patients. I had a short wait, as everyone was returning from, lunch before they called me back. Denise walked me back and explained what Dr. Nguyen would be doing.

Dr. Nguyen was also very sweet and welcoming but also straightforward. She inquired on what was going on and my immediate concerns and advised what we would do each step of the way.

My x-rays were quick and Dr. Nguyen put them up on a screen for me to see close up and it required no moving from the chair I had been originally sat in.

We quickly discussed my issues/problem areas with my teeth and devised a plan.

Quickly after that Denise was back in to go over payment and payment options as well as timeline to set up my next appointments.

I could NOT have had a better dental experience and am looking forward to actually having the more in-depth procedures done. I feel so happy to have been referred to Paramount Dental and am confident they will take care of me well.

I would highly recommend them to anyone, and already have and it's only been one day!

I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time because I'm a gagger so I stay away from dentist. I had a bad experience with the 2 prior dentist and was not overly excited about going to a new dentist. I went to Paramount Dentist to get a crown and I also needed a root canal. Dr. Nguyen made me feel so comfortable that I winded up getting the root canal done in that same visit. I'll recommend Paramount Dental to all my family and friends.

I hadn’t been there in a few years due to COVID and was a little apprehensive, but the experience was great! Staff did everything right to ease my nervousness and make me comfortable. I was pleased to see it had grown over the years. Keep up the great work

I followed my hygienist (Robin) to new dentist, Dr Nguyen. She and her staff are wonderful. Gina is very professional, quick and friendly and Nancy is awesome. I always hate having xrays done because it's so uncomfortable but Nancy knows what she's doing and has a knack for getting the inserts set perfectly. I've NEVER had such a thorough exam before and I've had some very good dentists over the years. I felt very comfortable and they answered all my questions. Christina got me set up with my next appt and explained some things to me about my next EOB. That whole office was on top of it!

Dr. Tam Nguyen is friendly, professional and gentle. Her staff, Christine and her hygienist, is friendly and professional. Her office is clean and inviting. Her office makes me feel so comfortable and like family. They genuinely care about me and my family.

Dr. Nguyen and the hygienist Robin are phenomenal. Robin was incredibly competent and knowledgeable, going above and beyond my dental cleaning, scraping specific stains I asked for and performing a gum cancer test.

Front desk service: 5/5
The desk attendees were very friendly and attentive.
