Several months ago, I was working with Veteran's Administration in search of a good dentist. Luckily, we found Emerald Crossing Family Dentist. But, they aren't good ... they're GREAT! Dr. Julian Martinez, his dental hygienist/technicians and front office staff are some of the most customer service oriented and professional medical personnel I've come across in years. The facilities are clean, you can see the great pride the staff take in their work and Dr. Martinez exemplify some pretty great, quality leadership in a nice working environment ... I love coming here.
After three new Crowns and a Filling, I feel great broadcasting my great big smile. Thanks Dr. Martinez and the Emerald Crossing Family Dentist staff ... A Job Well Done!

Ever since Dr. Martinez took over the office everything has been so much smoother! All staff is very nice and compassionate to everyone’s needs. We are always in and out. Staff receives you with great customer service from the minute you walk in. Everyone is always so patient and so kind. My wife and I both went to have a cleaning and routine work done. We were both very pleased at the attention of the friendly staff. The Dentist was truly a great guy that made you feel at ease. I had a filling repaired and my teeth cleaned and the Dentist went over some minor concerns that we will address on my next visit. The Dental assistant, Receptionist, and the assistant who took down my medical information and explanation of coverage and payment were all very professional and friendly. Everybody in the the office was wearing masks and everyone who is seen is checked for a fever and given a covid 19 screening questionnaire. I can’t wait to go back and get more work done.

I haven’t been to a dentist in 2 years because of a series of unfortunate events that left me fearful of returning. I was looking to establish with a new Dentist office and called around. I came across Emerald Crossing Family Dentistry and gave them a call. I was immediately impressed with the staff that scheduled the appointment. Then upon my arrival, I was an hour early because I happened to be in the area and was just checking to make sure I was in the right place. The receptionist kindly informed me that I might be able to get in earlier if I wanted to get started on the intake paperwork. As soon as I was done I was called back. The team was amazing! The Dental Hygienist “Mecca” I believe her name was, was incredible! She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I told her about my history and why I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while and she eased my concerns. She treated me with care and concern. Dr. Martinez was Phenomenal! Both of them made sure I understood what they were doing and why. They included me in the decision making of my treatment. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Bring your family to Emerald Crossing, I’m definitely bringing mine! Thank you all for everything you guys! 💜

Absolutely love the staff and Dr. Martinez! They are so caring and professional. Daughter went in with abscess and he made sure she was taken care of. You can imagine a child having to go thru that pain so he made sure she wasn't in any pain. They are great with children. I will be making appointment for myself as well.
