Smile Structure Dentistry & Braces

I highly recommend the Babcock Rd office. Their staff is so kind and welcoming. I had bad experiences with dentists in the past and was nervous to go in. The moment I walked in everyone was so calming and reassuring. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. It all went smooth and painless. I will definitely be going back to them for my cleanings or any future work I might need.

We were not anticipating having my daughter’s braces put on today, but to our surprise she was able to have them put on today. Front desk gentleman was awesome and very helpful and checked on us multiple times. Dr. Sandra was so sweet and also squeezed in a consultation for my older daughter. Delia and Roxy were super patient with my daughter, she has trouble managing her feeling of panic and fear-fullness, and the girls were amazing with her. It was a long process and long unexpected procedure appointment and we enjoyed ourselves and laughed and talked the entire time. Highly recommend.

Had my braces removed today, service was a bit long, I felt like a lot of waiting but Yuri was really great and kept updating me on the status. The doctor was new, he was great and very thorough and answered all of my questions. Happy to be done with braces.

The office manager Estevan is extremely rude and unprofessional!!! He over talked me the entire time I was attempting to make an appointment. I grew frustrated with the level of disrespect and hung up. He then called my phone back 3 times back to back before I picked up. When I did he said, I’m sorry we were disconnected? I said, no I hung up due to the argumentative behavior you displayed. He then began to explain but I expressed I was already turned off by the disrespect and was not going to come in. I asked for his name so I can form a complaint and he hung up. I called back asked again for his name and he hung up again. I waited a little while and called back and a woman answered. She gave me his name and spelled it and I could hear Estevan in the background asking her to transfer me to HR. The line was disconnected at that point.

I have a special connection to smile structure from many year ago I am sadden by the fact I will never return again.

Estevan NEEDS to be more professional!!

****AFTER LEAVING THIS REVIEW A WOMAN AND A DR. SMITH CALLED ME ASKING ME TO DELETE MY REVIEW. This conversation was even rude due to the fact they felt like I was wrong. I am confused as to how I was wrong but yet I was hung up on more than once! And spoken to with disrespect. Who would be okay with that?? Why was I asked to delete the comment if I was wrong?? You want your place of business to be viewed as professional but it was not!!

My child has special needs so I was a little hesitant to how my youngest would react to braces but Carlos made my daughter so comfortable with the process of braces. He has the greatest personality and made us both feel at ease. We will definitely be recommending this office and requesting to see Carlos!

This is my children’s ortho for braces only. The rooms have enough room for myself and my toddler. I love being able to have my toddler with me while my other kids are being treated. The front desk are always welcoming and Dr. San Martin is excellent! Prices are reasonable. I did in-house financing for my son but not for my daughter as it was no longer available but even then, it was a quick approval process! I highly recommend them for honest treatment!

They are a very good and hospitality is through the roof . Roxy was my dental assistant and she did an amazing job and it was fast too! Dr.bjeurami Was a great doctor he was quick with it too! It’s always a nice time here .

Highly Reccomend, Staff was so patient with me, my 3yr old & husband. Dentist educated us on dos & donts on foods to eat, something most dentist don’t do often. We will definitely make the 2.5hr drive & switching over, well worth the service. Thank you so much, we can’t wait for our next cleaning!!

Staff is phenomenal! Great accommodations as I wait in the lobby to be called back. Assistants are knowledgeable and Dr. Armia helped ease any anxiety or uncertainty. Definitely recommending to friends/family.
