After several years trying to find a great dental office on the Far West Side, I have finally found a gem in Helotes Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. I needed an honest opinion on my dental care, and got an all comprehensive treatment plan without breaking the bank. They identify the cause of my pain. DDS Nguyen was awesome, he ensured I had no pain, since I was experiencing extreme pain. Jenny was very professional, detail oriented, caring, and passionate about her profession. She was very thorough with the deep cleaning. They were focused on me during my appointment and not three other patients/customers at the same time. Their service was patient focused! That is what I loved about their dental services. They were upfront about fees for services. The location was spotless clean. Did not have to search for parking. I also did not have to wait weeks to get an appointment. They also have a second location: Absolute Family Dental Care on Military Drive. The service was outstanding and will make them my family dentist.

We had my sons very first dentist appointment here with Dr. Nguyen and it went so well! Dr. Nguyen was so kind and gentle and my little boy didn't even cry once! He received a thorough examination and cleaning and a a toy car at the end and we left with a bright smile on my sons face. The office is beautiful and pristine, and the staff is very organized. We have definitely found our family dentist.

My kids and I absolutely love DR. Nguyen, and Jenni. We started out patients at their Military located about 7 years ago and now see them at their Helotes location. They not only perform great work with professionalism, they are very approachable. This helps make myself and my kids feel comfortable. My kids even tell their friends at their elem. and middle school if they need a dentist to go see them... This speaks numbers being that teenage boys don't normally talk about those types of things. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a dentist!

I tried another dentist when my longtime dentist retired and it was like buying a used car. They did half as much work and charged twice as much while constantly trying to upsell me various cosmetic procedures. Then I found Dr. Nguyen and Jenni and I wouldn't go anywhere else, now. Not only are they the consummate professionals, but the nicest people you'll ever meet. They have a beautiful office that is the most peaceful and relaxing dental office I've ever seen. Wish I could give them six stars.

New clients will be pleasantly surprised when they walk into this dental office. It will be a personal experience. They will be greeted by Jenny or Dr Nguyen and taken to an examination room.... a room with a view. The decor is classically tranquil. Great for those like myself that find the dentist office stressful. The patient(s) will have a conversation with the dental team and will not feel rushed or unheard.
This is not a dental office trying to stream as many patients as they can in a day into the office. The waiting room is small and quiet. The professionalism ranks 5 stars across the board.
