I came in for a cleaning, had a great visit, the hygienist, was wonderful and the dentist top notch. I will recommend KLT to friends and family.

I cannot describe how amazing the staff are at KLT. I had Val and Dr. Adams with me and they made me feel so comfortable. They let me know what was going to happen and what I was going to feel so that there was no surprises. They even told me that at any time, I could stop.

Before the dental work, staff came up with a treatment plan. They worked with me to setup a treatment plan I was comfortable with going forward. Everything that was listed was explained leaving no room for surprises.

I love this place and their staff is awesome. I would definitely recommend.

Dr Kaci Tibbetts Office Mgr. Corrine was very rude and has no business working with the public. Sonia the person that supposedly handles the dental insurance does not return phone calls nor does she know how to call the patients insurer to inquire on the new patient’s dental coverage.

I highly recommend Dr. Kaci Tibbetts dental practice. She and her staff are the friendliest, and most efficient group I have ever visited. I never thought I would describe a dental office as "happy", but this one is. Top notch dental treatment and upbeat atmosphere can't be beat. Try them!

I can honestly say I have had the best dental experience at this office. I’ve been a patient for 3 years. Previously, I always dreaded going to the dentist because they were always rough and it would hurt for hours after.

At KLT it has been the complete opposite! Rebecca is my hygienist and there has never been any pain. She’s very proactive in making sure you’re comfortable.

Overall, Dr. Tibbetts and the whole office have taken away any negativity I had about going to the dentist. Plus, their aesthetic with their dog posters are always enjoyable 😊

I went to visit KLT dental for the very first time on August 10, 2020. I was incredibly happy with my visit. Everyone I encountered was professional, cheerful and extremely polite!! My hygienist was informative and fun to have in my company. Dr Tibbetts was as great as they come. She was well spoken, well mannered and truly concerned for my dental needs.
I wish this office and all my new friends here continued prosperity. My only regret is that my insurance only allows for two visits per year.

From your first step through the doors to your last step out the doors, you know you’re in excellent hands at KLT Dentistry. Let’s face it, no one REALLY likes going to the dentist, but in KLT Dentistry it’s more like spending time with friends who just happen to be experts in the field of dentistry.

My first point of contact is usually Roxy. With a smile and a warm “hello,” she always greets me by name even before I given it. As she checks me in, she’s asking about my teeth, my pain, if applicable, or anything significant I think Dr. Tibbetts should know. That way my she has the most up to date information before I’m even in the chair.

And let’s not forget the very competent, and effervescent personalities of the dental assistants. Whether it’s Allison, Maria, Valarie, or Yadria you’re in the capable hands of professionals who put you at ease, make you comfortable, and work size-by-side with with the dentists to ensure all runs smoothly and efficiently. And you know what’s amazing? They remember what you need or like. For example, the treatment rooms can be very cold so you ask for a blanket. The next time you enter a treatment room, a blanket is already there just waiting for you, as is the music genre you selected from your previous appointment. It’s the little things they do that put you at ease. It’s amazing.

Before you even schedule an appointment, whether it’s for a cleaning, a filling, a crown, or something more invasive like grafting or transplants, Corina, one of the patient care coordinators will break down the cost for you so you will know how much your insurance will cover, versus how much you will have to pay out of pocket. I like that because there are no surprises on the day of your appointment.

If it’s a cleaning you need, look no further than KLT Dentistry because that’s where you’ll find the best: Nahed and Rebecca. Nahed, my Registered Dental Hygienist, is the “queen of cleaning,” and a no nonsense, “this is what you need to improve” expert. My teeth are healthy, strong, and 70% less sensitive today. I no longer cringe when it’s time for my next cleaning. I’m so fortunate she chose to work for Dr. Tibbetts.

If you find yourself in need of a periodontist, Dr. Hania Alkudmani has joined the practice. I’m one of her patients. When we first met she performed a very thorough diagnoses and when she went through the results she did so in phases. I liked that. I’ve completed Phase I, am presently in Phase II, and soon will enter Phase III. I’m extremely pleased with our progress to date.

In all my years of going to the dentist, I have never encounter a more professional and committed staff, and it all starts with Dr. Kaci L. Tibbetts. She’s the leader. The two most important qualities I looked for in a dentist were the ability to communicate to me, and the end result. Dr. Tibbetts excels in both these qualities. She knows that her patients did not go to dental school so she doesn’t explain procedures using confusing, mind numbing dentistry speak. She explains using language that is easy to understand and she ask pointed question to ensure understanding and retention. That’s one of her gifts. Her other gift is the quality of her work. She’s a perfectionist. Her standards are high and she will never accept “that’s good enough.” She gives 100% to each and every patient. She’s approachable, personable, and a true expert in her profession. She has my respect, as well as my admiration.

KLT dentistry is by far the best dental office!! I had a cracked tooth that needed a 2 hour repair with crown prep. Those were the easiest 2 hours I spent in a dental chair!! Dr Kaci Tibbetts & her assistant are very knowledgeable & take the time to explain what they are doing so there are no surprises. They play your favorite music & make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. I never felt like they were rushing to get to the next patient. I would highly recommend KLT Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist office that takes the time to care for your dental needs, but takes the time to know you & your family. Knowledgeable staff, up to date technology, excellent dental work, friendly staff, very clean & safe environment! You won’t be disappointed!
