Today Dr. Tibbetts saw my mom as a new patient, as she just relocated to San Antonio. My mom came home and raved about her experience. She said that the office was so nice, professional, inviting and she went on and on about Dr. Tibbetts. She was so thorough and sent my mom home with notes, photos and fully informed her about the various options for treatment.
As not everyone loves going to the dentist, my mom is actually looking forward to getting treatment competed at KLT.

I was surprised to get an appointment so fast. I only had to wait 1 day to be seen.
The font desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. This is unlike other dental offices I have been to.
The treatment staff made me feel like they had my best interest at heart. Dr. Tibbetts was very professional and friendly. She did not try to up sell me like so many other dentists do.
I am not yet able to evaluate the quality of care yet as this was my first appointment. The exam and cleaning were excellent.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! Even with COVID protocols in place, which our very thorough, I actually left feeling uplifted. This visit was for a cleaning and check-up. My hygienist, Rebecca is so personable, positive and professional. All office staff is likewise friendly and professional. Doctors Tibbetts and her partner are both amazing, excellent dentists who genuinely seem to love what they do. I would never go anywhere else!

Dr Tibbetts makes me feel Honored to be my dentist. Her Staff and new facilities are great. All of her staff are genuinely concerned about you and go above and beyond in their service as if you were family. I felt special with all the help I received with the new paperless documents she has with the new operation. All new furnishings and the office looks really great. It was quite pleasant during my visit today. I would highly recommend her.

Excellent dental hygienist! She used a numbing gel before the ultrasonic cleaning. I have a receding gumline and that made the procedure much more comfortable. Dr. Adams was very professional and did a thorough exam.

You said to be specific, truthful and polite. Okay, to be specific,truthful and polite here goes. The staff, attending Dental Assistant (Melissa), and DR Tibbetts herself were professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally courteous in every facet of patient care. From the moment I walked into her office I was greeted in a manner that made me feel as though I was a person, not a problem of source of their income. When I was being prepped by Melissa (Dental Assistant I felt as though I was in the hands of a person who wanted my treatment to be as though she were sitting in the chair. From the second DR. Tibbetts entered the treatment room until I departed her office she treated me with the utmost kindest, considerate, compassionate and yet most exacting professional care possible. I strongly recommend EVERYONE at least stop by and give DR. Tibbetts a try, you'll never leave.I forgot to say, I came in for a double bridge on my top extreme left.
