New Image Dentistry

I became a patient of Dr. Holland's practice last year after researching web pages of various dentists. The fact they offer sedation and a full range of dental procedures became my first priority. At my first dental visit and teeth cleaning, I told them my fears and they did everything to make the experience painfree. I have had my teeth clean and several procedures done since my first visit. I have a comprehensive plan designed my Dr. Holland's team to improve my health and smile. I look forward to my dental visits and know that future visits will be painfree. I have recommended this team to all my friends.

I believe most people do not enjoy going to the dentist. I really don't mind the dentist, but I especially don't mind going to New Image Dentistry. Everyone I've encountered from Dr Holland to the receptionist who greets you when you enter the office to Helena who handles billing, everyone is pleasant, thorough, professional and just downright nice. I've had my teeth cleaned, had two crowns placed and am getting ready for Invisalign to prevent further damage to my teeth...and I believe everything has been reasonably priced, with or without insurance. A+ all around

With the larger staffing there has been a reduction in quality and less of an attention to detail. They're certainly nice, the facilities are classy, but as a patient, I feel like I'm being dragged through an assembly line and mistakes have been made on a few occasions, like misdiagnosing a problem or referring out for a root canal for the wrong tooth. Dr. Holland is rarely involved anymore and makes very short visits. In the midst of this, I feel like prices have gone up. Although not necessarily an issue, I have found it odd that Dr. Holland's staff is all women, mostly young and attractive. As always, insurance can be tricky.

Excellent and friendly. My cleaning was fun, yes it was fun. I have a couple sensitive areas and was consistently asked how I was doing. This was the best cleaning I have ever experienced. My teeth are gleaming. The only reason I'm not looking forward to returning is because 3 of my 30 year old fillings need a hug, aka crowns, to be determined...

I have seen Dr. Holland for a few years. He is always current with new techniques. His office is always pleasant and his staff is always helpful and kind. My care has been excellent. Having been to many different dentists previously, I can say without a doubt, that Dr. Holland is wonderful! He has gone way above and beyond what many dentists would do to help me and his other patients.

Every single person in this office is amazing. The customer service is top notch. I am the type of person that does business based on my customer service experience. If it is not up to par I’m out of there, but if it is stellar I will be a customer for life. Helena and Alex were extremely helpful and patient, thank you ladies. Charity, thanks for one of the best teeth cleaning experiences I have had as an adult; super thorough. The doctors in the office were also warm and welcoming and seemed to care about me as a person. Although the visit was short it was intentional and didn’t feel like they were just checking things off the list.

I am consistently pleased with the care and customer service I receive from Dr. Holland and his staff. Everyone is helpful at every turn of events. I have no complaints, and I regularly comment to friends and family about the superb service and professionalism I have encountered. The single recommendation came from my spouse ten years ago (and was the reason I started coming to Dr. Holland): "He is the one dentist that doesn't hurt me." That is oh so true!

The office is beautiful and clean and the staff extremely professional and friendly. It's a soothing pleasant environment. I met with Dr. Holland to discuss cosmetic dentistry and he was very thorough in explaining the process and very patient with my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all and he even reviewed everything a few times to be sure I was comfortable. There was no pressure to do more than necessary. My cleaning was thorough and easy. I highly recommended.

I think the most important thing when you have a dentist appointment is feeling comfortable and knowing you will be treated like family. New image staff has done just that, every visit I make is really awsome considering that Im about to have dental work done and we all know thats not always fun. I want to thank each and everyone of the staff for making me feel part of the family and for giving me the most outstanding care and assurances when I visit them. You all are very professional, caring and understanding. Keep up the great work.
