New Image Dentistry

This was my first visit here as a new patient. My hygienist, Shannon was very nice, communicated well and constantly made sure I was comfortable and cared for well. The office is extremely clean, beautiful and well maintained. The staff at the front and when you check out make everything so easy and quick. I’ve never waited less time to see any doctor or dentist in my life than I did here. Which is awesome! Dr. Gonzalez was very thorough and made sure to address any concerns or questions I had. I never once felt rushed. All the staff from the time I walked in, to the hygienist, dentist and checking out were welcoming, personable and friendly. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the kindness and professionalism at New Image Dentistry. The dental assistants are always very knowledgeable and have excellent bedside manner. Dr. Holland also has excellent bedside manner and I appreciate that he stays up to date with emerging and new dental technology/techniques. As a patient, feel very comfortable knowing that my dentist is keeping up with modern dentistry rather than getting stuck in older practices. I will always recommend this dental practice to friends looking for a dentist because of the excellent experiences I have had being a patient there for about 3 years.

Glad I found this dentist. They do good work and don't try to up sale you on treatments you don't need. I've never waited longer than 5-10 mins for my appointment once I arrived.

Our family has been going to New Image Dentistry for nearly 20 years. We are more than happy and very satisfied with our care there from the docs, assistants, hygienists, and office staff. Everyone is professional, attentive, friendly, and communicative. We have great confidence in the information provided, the treatment plans, and the handling of insurance and payment. They even make note of and pay attention to any preferences you have as a patient.

Being new to San Antonio, I was in search of new health professionals, include dentistry. Dr. Holland came very highly recommended to me by a friend. Upon calling his office, I wanted to ensure that he accepted my insurance and I was happy to learn that he did. The entire staff at New Image Dentistry is so friendly and accommodating which made me feel very comfortable. The Dental Hygienist, Vicki, and Dr. Holland were both wonderful! They answered all of my questions explaining everything thoroughly, making my overall visit a very pleasant experience. Since my work schedule does not provide much flexibility for personal appointments I was concerned about taking the time away but because of their excellent time management I was able to complete both of my visits without missing much time from work.

I'm looking forward to my next visit!

My wish is to fix my smile, the staff is very friendly and they offer great service. At first I thought It would be to expensive after my evaluation I realize I can afford it, I’m so excited and can’t wait for the completion of my new smile 😃

I have been going to New Image Dentistry for over 10 years. I have had crowns, fillings , cleanings and tooth implants and have always been extremely happy with the results. I recently had a cracked crown replaced on July 15, 2019 by Dr. Gonzalez and was so pleased because she calmed my dental fears and was very patient and gentle with my fear of pain. In fact I did not experience any pain and I know it was because she was so gentle with me. The staff is also so friendly and professional. I honestly would recommend this practice. Keep up the good work team.

They obviously don't need my business but they sure don't make you feel that way. Especially for Dr. Holland, he's nice.

Friendly staff and comfortable environment are first impressions. The dentistry/orthodontia staff are very professional, friendly and gentle. My biggest pet peeve at most med/dental offices are the long waits in a drab waiting room. Not so here, the service is timely, so wait no more. You will love the attentive staff and beautiful surroudings. I am impressed and would highly recommend New Image Dentistry for all your dental needs.

I was so happy and pleased with the service I received from New Image. They really made me feel comfortable and calm while there. They were very informative and they gave me all the details about the procedure I will be getting done next week. New Image Dentistry has gained a new patient.
