Wait for an over an hour to be seen. Then, software problem. Finally, I was told my insurance do not cover until the number of months needed had passed. And I did my appointment according to the months told. It seems I have to control the exact dates with my insurance before schedule my appointments not when I leave the office and request next appointment. I wish they could check all that before no in the same day when you already there. All the staff are really nice, they just seems to be overwhelm with work and coverage by insurance is really important. It will save a lot of time, specially when I have to leave work early for the appointment that finally have to be cancelled. I will not change office because I love my doctor. Just the office staff needs to be more helpful.

After searching for the right office I found this one to have the nicest customer service over the phone and when I went there in person the did not disappoint! I am pregnant and have a toddler so I was nervous about how things would go. They treated me with so much compassion and care and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly with my little one! This made my visit even more enjoyable and I will definitely recommend this office! The exam and cleaning was all within an hour too! They run an efficient office!

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at this office and the staff was AMAZING! I was very nervous, but the assistants were very patient and the doctor made it a quick and easy process. Highly recommend !!

My son is anxious for days before his routine dentist visits. During his recent visit he was less then cooperative with the hygienist. She was AMAZING!!! Very patient & worked to find solutions that were a "compromise" for him (using regular toothpaste for cleaning) but that would still "train" him for continued routine procedures (ie: cleaning & fluoride). SHE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND. I cannot thank her enough. My hope is that he remembers that this visit "wasn't too bad" (his words after our visit) and that he will be less anxious and more cooperative next time.

This is a great dentist if you want simple work done like fillings, but PLEASE don’t get crowns or major work done from them. I got a crown from them and it is sooooooo ugly that I’m going to have to get a replacement.
It’s bulky and a block, no shape like a real tooth and feels like I have literal cement in my mouth.
Please spend the money elsewhere, they’re cheaper than most dentist and does that quality of work as well..

Had an appointment today at 7:15 am and have been here waiting since 7:00 am and no one is answering the door or the phone and no one is here. I know my appointments and my times and my other 2 family members have appointments as well at 12 noon and 2 pm. I read a review where they called a client changing their appointment times but acting as if that had always been their appointment - Um No these are my exact appointment times. How do I know this because we have a tight schedule with an orthodontist after my son's early morning cleaning. Office is supposed to open at 7:00 am today, as I just called the answering service. They don't understand why no one is there either and agrees they changed my appointment because of this and didn't even confirm this with me.

Appointment staff called and cancelled my appt an hour before I was scheduled. I was sent email to confirm in portal for exam and cleaning a week prior, I confirmed. And was all set, so I thought until they told me they have been trying to reach me to let me know Dr was not available for days. Only have one number and they reached me the day of my appt. No other calls from them. How inconvenient!

This place is amazing! The entire Staff is very friendly and want to help in every possible way. Office manager went ahead and waived my fees after spending 40 minutes of their time and resources. Being a cash paying customer that was so much appreciated. Thank you!! I look forward to bringing my business to you in the near future. The nurse that worked with me was incredible!

The office was amazing. I unfortunately had three teeth removed but the office made the process very easy. I felt they could have been a little more sensitive to my financial situation but it is a business at the end of the day. IDK what my long term goals are I was not scheduled for a follow up don't even know what to do from here so that even would have been helpful. Everyone was so friendly and have already recommended the office to three people.

I want to edit my review based on the customer service and care I received from Dr. Ackah. Dr. Alexander-Varghese informed Dr. Ackah of my review and he immediately called me to discuss my recent experience. He was not aware I didn’t receive the post op instructions I should have. Discussing the issue With Dr. Ackah made me realize how dedicated he is to his profession. He puts his cell number on the post op instructions and wants to be contacted if his patients have any difficulties or questions after a procedure. His call to me was not just a response to a less than stellar review, it was a genuine concern for his patient, and the pride he takes in providing excellent medical care.

It would be very remiss of me not to mention the excellent care I receive from the other doctors and staff at Rayford Modern Dentistry. Rayford Modern Dentistry is a great place and has always treated me very special.

Dr. Ackah did a very good job of deadening my mouth where he performed the procedure. He was very efficient although sort of rough, but sensitive to my needs.

When he was through, NEITHER HE NOR HIS ASSISTANT GAVE ME ANY VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS WHAT TO DO AFTER THE SURGERY. I was handed a sheet of paper with general instructions. One of the instructions said “if I had a gum graft I should ice my jaw.” I have no idea if he did a gum graft or not. No one told me there had been had prescriptions at the pharmacy. I was not verbally told to take antibiotic, consequently I was 3 days late when I started taking it. This is not my first time to have something like this done, so maybe I should have asked. However, there is a lot of trauma that goes with this procedure, which made me want to go home and rest.

I’m not angry at anyone, but I think the doctor or his assistant should review what I or any patient should after a procedure such as this.
