Worst dental experience ever, the guy who said he is manager. But works front desk. Had us sitting there and after we switch my daughter appointment to my time slot and said we are about to take lunch and had to leave. But never said anything prior to that. The crazy thing is there was a white girl that walked in 15 mins after and was seen fast. While the black patients end up not being seen at all. This office is very unprofessional and moves very slow. They aren’t educated on the insurance they take and what they offer… very sad a waste of time.

My husband and I had a great experience here. They were able to fit him in pretty quickly when a crown fell out. His appointment went right on schedule. Dr. Tran and all employees/assistants were kind and friendly and actually made him feel comfortable with procedures. Miss Mary took great care with helping us in prioritizing and making sure our insurance benefits and best bang for our buck was met. We really appreciate their time and effort!!

Customer service was great. Mrs. Taylor was absolutely great. She communicated very well and is extremely compassionate with her patient. Dr. Tran is great and puts you at ease by carrying on with conversation while he works on your teeth.

After not being able to go to the dentist for a good while since COVID, this is the area that my insurance was able to cover. Overall, a very great experience and all the staff there was nice! Doctor was really chill, and I just came in for a dental cleaning and left feeling great! Thank you Splendid!

From front office to bad everyone is awesome!! Dr. Tran is the best dentist in Spring. Most gentle, kind dental care I've ever received. He went out of his way to calm me and didn't try to force anything unnecessary. They have a customer for life from me.
