I had to erase my previous positive review ! Came today for a regular cleaning that would’ve covered by insurance. Also verified cleaning would be covered when they confirmed, appt! They insisted I Do a deep cleaning! I don’t want to come out of pocket period . This place obviously is trying to account for inflation by insisting on upselling services not covered by insurance . Was a customer for over 10 years . Moving on down the road ….you’re saying “free cleaning” it’s not free!
I pay a premium for dental insurance! You’re just trying to make extra money off customers. This place is a SCAM

Cover the cleaning. This place is a scam and all about upselling! I’ve never heard of being refused the basic cleaning that you pay your premiums toward. We’re not done with this !

This is an awesome location. Dr. Fariba is very caring and detailed oriented witg her work. I've gotten a few root canals done here I hate to admit but I'm happy I was told about this location. It was my first time visiting royalty dental and honestly I was scared to go for my dental appointment but the entire staff especially the two wonderful ladies at the front desk at the office were so sweet and welcoming as well as dr.farajnejad she is amazing and the best at what she does if I could recommend anyone to go visit a dentist it would be royalty dental can never go wrong coming here I’ll definitely be a permanent patient here from now on thank you so much.
