Royalty Dental Associates Spring Texas

Today was my first time visiting this dental office. My front tooth had a porcelain veneer on it and the veneer broke in half (not a cute look! Lol) In less than 24 hour from my initial call to the office, I had my temporary veneer on my tooth and the permanent tooth impression off to the lab! The price was reasonable and they also accept Care Credit, so I am able to finance it interest free for 6 months. The staff was professional and the doc has a nice “chair side manor.” 😉 She was very gentle, but also quick. Looks like I just found my new dentist!

De. Fariba is amazing. I have never had any problems sitting in a dentist chair. But I have had issues in the past in regards to what was actually happening. My first visit was amazing very straight to the point, to my liking. Helped me get a plan on how to work on everything and they really do work with you in regards to pricing and just being there for you.

Dr. Farajnejad and her staff make dentistry easy. I have had anxiety in the past but everyone here was so gentle that I didn't have any problems. My hygienist was the best ever - she was great with the water and suction. I don't think I've ever had an dental experience without leftover grit before today. No one was pushy or tried to give me treatments that I didn't need. Thank you to everyone!

I recently had three procedures done at Royalty Dental and I am very happy with the work Dr. Farajnejad, did on my teeth. She explained everything to me and made sure that I was okay and comfortable during all my procedures. She really cares about her patients, she is very kind and professional. The entire staff at Royalty Dental deserves five stars. I have found my new dentist and I will be back for my routine cleanings. If you’re looking for a Dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Farajnejad and her team. This is my honest review.

I have been coming here for over ten years and the people of friendly and nice all the time. I be er have any issues great customer service and the dentist is extremely nice and pleasant. The dental aids or very professional. I thoroughly enjoy the staff as well as the dentist. Great clean atmosphere and everyone is so nice

I just visited this place today. I felt very unwelcome there, maybe because of my insurance is HMO. I didn’t get any questions answered, instead I got two referrals to different specialists. I felt like the office wasn’t interested to provide any service to me. Doctor said that I have to redo 4 root canals, even if only one of them possibly causes pain. I have crowns on some of those teeth which she said need to be redone (again, they don’t bother me). I came with a question if it is possible to save the tooth, or maybe it needs an implant. I got no consult on that, but the recommendation to redo roots in a bunch of teeth. Why to redo a root canal of the tooth can’t be saved??? Doctor didn’t pay attention that some of the teeth are missing and that’s why it is not good to remove wisdom teeth as she directed to addition of redoing a bunch of root canals under crowns.
Then from a receptionist I found out that the doctor will do only the type of deep cleaning which is not covered by the insurance and is not willing to do anything else. Also the receptionist told me that the crown should be done in a tooth which just have a cavity instead of just treating the cavity, that was a surprise.
I won’t return to this place.

The dentist is nice I’ve seen her about 2 times before but she would do well to hire better support staff. I called before my appointment to reschedule due to a meeting that went over at work or to confirm if they would be able to see me late for my 3 PM appointment. I was told that I could still come in 20 mins late, however, upon arrival I was told that the dentist could not see me. I value my time and this was a waste rushing to get her after work when I could have simply rescheduled. Her support staff has just lost her my business.

I had a bad experience, but I was forced to do a review in front of them.

I went on for a routine check-up. While there I was told I had multiple cavities. I'd never had cavities before. When I was told, I was not shown my x-rays, but some graphic rendering. I went through with the fillings which fused together. For weeks, I could not floss because my back teeth were fused together. My teeth have never been more uncomfortable. I have always felt a sense of confidence in my teeth, and thanks to this office, it is gone.

They were nice, but very aggressive. When I expressed my discomfort, they dismissed it as normal.

I have had the worst experiences with dentists before. Thank goodness for Royalty Dental Associates!! Dr. Fariba and her staff are wonderful and caring people. I had 3 root canals at one time. I was so worried. But I am so happy with the end result. They look beautiful!! Thank you Royalty Dental!
