Heaton Dental

This is the first time EVER in my 45 years of living that I was able to sit in such a loving and caring dentist office and leave with NO PAIN, NO BLEEDING, and NO TEARS!!! I was referred to this great dentist office by way of the VA and let me openly say to all that will take the time to read, when I tell you from the opening of the door, to the check in with Ms. Yvonne, to the young lady who took my X-rays (I can’t remember her name), the the meeting of Mr. Travis, and of course to the anointed hands of Mrs. Cindy who did such a STELLAR JOB on my teeth cleaning after 4 years of delay due to COVID-19 and canceled appointments from the VA. I am not always one to leave a review, but as I sit in my car still in amazement at such GREAT AND TOP NOTCH service, I had to leave this review. I thank God for being connected to Heaton Dental and I am now a permanent dental patron!!

Dr Heaton has the skills you need for a healthy mouth. His chairside manner is top notch. He will put you at ease and take care of your tooth woes. His office staff is also good natured and helpful. Feels like family here. My experience was painless. Bit o drill and a fill. No maniacal laughter thru a mask at this little shop of dentistry.

Heaton dental is the first dentist I have been to in 5 years. I have a pretty extreme fear of the dentist. My first visit a few weeks ago, I found out some not so great news. Immediately had a panic attack. Dr. Heaton & Amanda showed me nothing but patience and care. When I went back for my procedure I was a mess. Very nervous. Crying. Again, Dr. Heaton and Amanda were SO kind. They walked me through every step and made sure I was okay throughout the entire process. Fast forward to yesterday, I had to go back yet again but this time to get my fake tooth replaced. This is the first time I have ever walked in to a dentist office and felt COMFORTABLE. I wasn’t nervous. I didn’t cry. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Heaton and his entire amazing staff. He does fantastic work and he & his staff actually care about you. Safe to say I will now go to the dentist every six months to a year like I’m supposed to and have a smile on my face while doing so!

Absolutely phenomenal. In our first checkup (after not going to the dentist due to past times and fear) the whole entire staff make you feel right at home and super comfortable. They explain everything that is going on with your teeth and oral health in full detail and answer any questions you may have. You can tell they are more about helping the patient rather then taking all your money. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist in Tyler, TX.

If you are in search of a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Heaton! He has been my dentist for several years now. He and his staff are very professional and friendly and always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Heaton always takes time to explain things and make sure any questions I may have are answered. I also appreciate that he and his staff take the time to get to know me as well as my family on a personal level! Go see him for your dental needs!!

First and foremost, I absolutely love them at Heaton Dental!!!♥️ The are so personable and treat you like family, call you by name and treat you in the highest regard. They advise you in the right direction whether it costs less or not!
Almost 3 years ago I went to affordable dentures to get a top and bottom partial. Almost $1200 later and 3 breaks in bottom partial, missed work and no teeth for first several days at a time, I finally went to Heaton Dental and proceeded to plan on getting a new bottom partial, because recommended I keep my top ones because I had no problems with them & the fit was fine. So for the past year and a half we started preparing and planning. I got the new bottom TODAY! I couldn’t be more pleased! They fell great and I could only tell you that I wish I had just done this to begin with the great TEAM/STAFF at Heaton Dental.
If I had it to do over....Heaton Dental is the way I would go! Many blessings and thanks to the entire staff! Dr. Heaton your the best Dentist I have ever had the pleasure of maintaining and being completely honest! Thanks so much!

My entire family uses Dr. Heaton. He listens to your concerns and is a great dentist if you are apprehensive about visiting the dentist or having any dental procedures. He is very patient and explains everything he is doing during your dental work to make you feel at ease. He and his office staff are professional and very kind. They make you feel like family. I would highly recommend Dr.Heaton.

VERY professional and friendly staff. Dr. Heaton is very thorough and takes extra time to answer questions and make you feel at ease. My husband, myself and my 2 grandkids go to Heaton Dental. We all are very pleased with the staff. My grandkids were scared at first but Dr Heaton took the time to talk to them and reassure them and even showed them what he was going to do. They LOVE going to the dentist now!! I highly recommend Heaton Dental for all your dental needs.

Our family loves Dr. Heaton and his whole staff. They are all kind, thoughtful, and really good at what they do. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. My kids love going to the dentist now, thanks to Dr. Heaton. My daughter had a few complicated dental issues when we first started going to Dr. Heaton and he fixed them all. I really appreciate that he's always mindful of keeping the cost down. Dr. Heaton is great with kids. He's been taking care of my kid's teeth for years. I recommend Dr. Heaton for the entire family.
